+WhyBeAre Actually the Hooper wasn't damaged to stop it from flooding. For some reason the map glitched. You could see when your camera was underwater it wasn't getting the "underwater camera" effect for some reason.

YBR - antilock brakes dont make you slow down faster, but you have control over the vehicle since the wheels are spinning. without ABS the car stops quicker but you cant dodge stuff since wheels are locked up. 12:17
Sorry, I didnt know it was only for loose surfaces, it wasnt my intention to spread misinformation. still, Hopper´s main usage is on loose surfaces so in theory it should be better without ABS :)
YBR, there is a option in the wheel menu, I think it is called "Relcam" and like for the shot at 6:07 there is a light option to turn on a bright light that follows the camera so you can light up you are trying to show people. ps You need to use the "Relative Camera" to see the light.
