This is clearly inspired by the classic Crash Junction events from Burnout. Love it

I wish Criterion would make a new Burnout as an Indie studio, maybe even a few HD remakes. They already got enough personal shares with their revolutionary RenderWare engine and ties with Rockstar Games to seak Independence from EA, along with a still strong fanbase. Burnout Paradise is one of the few games people still play on the PS3 and 360 today because of a few exclusive features discontinued on the PC version + still functioning servers on all platforms.

1440p... dude. My GTX 1080 barely handles 1080p @ 60 FPS maxed out.
Barely handles 1080p 60fps with a 1080? You got a bottleneck there... My 1060 runs all fine with all maxed out
Probably. My CPU isn't the greatest, especially not for gaming (i7-4930K, stock). I usually play at 4K, and get about 40 FPS average, sometimes it's smooth 60, sometimes 25 even. Foliage density affects frame rate the most. SSAO also impacts performance a lot, same with dynamic reflections. Surprisingly, AA doesn't change much.
With a lot of trees and grass in the field of view, even in 1080p it sometimes drops down to low 50-s.
That's weird then... I have a i5-6400 paired with my MSI 1060 6GT & BeamNG runs at stable 60fps on the stock maps (I tried it at 4k & had 40-50fps, but you know, the 1060 isn't made for that resolution so I was surprised) but on bigger maps like *California Interstate Highway* I tend to get some fps drops (to like 55) here & there, while on Tenneessee (biggest map for BeamNG) I get a drop to like 50fps in the city but then it goes quickly back up when I drive out of it
Ok, so... Just updated from ancient 0.6 to 0.9.0.5. My god is it smooth in 4K now. Compared to how it runs now, East Coast was almost unplayable.
