Good video mate 👌🏻 I’ve stuffed this up a few times. You went a lot smoother than I did 😂

Did the exact same thing on my clutch fluid! Need to keep the fluid ABOVE the Max line when doing the clutch!
There was some stupid air bubble that I couldn't get to

Nice work. Just a heads up, with brembo squealing, most of the time its because most people throw out the original 'add on' half shim (directional with arrows and about half the size of a full shim and sit on top of full shim as a secondary). Mitsubishi and Meek still sell replacements. These actually sit on top of the pads 'full' sized shim. If you refer to a brembo diagram, mitsubishi part epc guide or a repair service manual, theyll show they are required per brembo. Ive fixed 4 evos myself with this issue, 5s and 8s, and a lexus isF - despite them already having a full shim, they were missing the brembo add on shim and squealed til these were added. Note those R clips are for some models like evo 5 which have a retaining clip on the brembo pins, but evo 8 and 9 wont have that so wont be needed in your case

^ I did exactly this - changed pads and threw out the shims. Meek sold me shims and brake grease that sorted it all out. Actually running intima ss with dba t2 at the moment as well with no squeal.

Great advice, thank you! So far not a single noise from the DBA’s without this shim 🤔

@@jxntribe it's the same as the black metal attached to the pads. I guess DBA include them now on this SKU which is good. Last time I got DBA pads they didn't have anything extra
