Good video, is the plastic inside your friend's wheel, not a spigot ring?, i know my evo V, has spigot rings (round plastic inserts) on every wheel, more common on aftermarket wheels as im using enkei rpf1s, standard evo or any car wheels don't normally use spigot rings, they stop vibration, alloy movement on aftermarket alloys
