I think it was wise of him to open a museum for the mythic dawn. People deserved to know what happened that day and who they were. You can’t stop history from repeating itself if you try to erase that history from knowledge
In and of itself, A Mythic Dawn museum would be a good idea, but I think Silus's attempt to restore the razor and increase Dagon's power on Nirn suggests that he did not start the museum in good faith. He seemed less like he wanted to educate people to prvent further tragedy and more like he wanted to restart the Mythic Dawn. Or maybe he was just phenomenally stupid, but either way he was *definitely* not the right man for the job.
Someone needs to make a Mysterium Xarxes mod, so everyone can have access to it. And The Mythic Dawn Commentaries were a very fascinating read, yet very hard to comprehend without knowledge from Oblivion. In truth, what the Mythic Dawn did isn't justified at all, and they deserve their fall. But i do believe that we should allow the knowledge of the Mythic Dawn to be carried through the generations, due to their immense significance in The Elder Scrolls history and lore.
The Mythic Dawn are TECHNICALLY a part of the 3rd and 4th Era....But I'm watching you Imperial Knowledge! Waiting for that sweet sweet Lore in the 1st and 2nd Era shit! So get on that My Imperial Brotha in the enemy ranks!
Maybe their idea of mundus being another plain of oblivious isn't too crazy. They could have feared the plain because of how smart its inhabitants are and how intricate it is. This could have lead the aedra to take nefarious actions. Just a theory. Awesome vid
Nice video, but i think a good addon content for the Mytic Dawn explanation is talk about Mankar Camoran and his father Haymon Camoran, both characters at last damage the Septin Empire and destroioy the City of Kvatch.
Harkon probably just has a mythic dawn banner because its neat i know its a stupid asnwer but i cant really think of any other reason he would have it if not just as a collectors item
Awesome video. I think it's just a trophy but I hope there is more to it. Lately I was asking and looking for any Intel on Harkon's sword. Why is it styled akaviri / blades. All I got was dry "it's just a trophy " from others on fandom. Keep your videos up I love watching them
Sulich RD Well some have theorised he once fought against the blades during the septim days and he kept the blade as a trophy. It would make sense as the blades would try to take out such a powerful vampire
Since I am on holiday comment replies will be slow. Sorry!
Join the Mythic Dawn, we build liminal bridges, not liminal barriers.
Einomies i laughed harder at that than I should have

Lord Harkon would be compelled to dominate and destroy Mythic Dawn because they are weak and stupid.
Mythic Dawn>Dark Brotherhood
Arch YEETLord Yep, agree
Arch YEETLord it took like 20 assassins from the mythuc dawn to kill the emperor, just one DB assassins could kill an emperor.
