I eat 1 a day and my window is 2-5. It's working wonders for me. I'm drinking more water and doing Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates. Listening to Dr. Gundry, meditation, listening to relaxing music, and staying away from all negativity (as much as I can). Prayers are a must, affirmations, and spending time in nature and with my fur babies. I only buy EVOO from Morocco. Cut out sugar but I do cheat from time to time. A lot of veggies and fruit 😋

    Zero added sugar.
    Keep carbohydrates under 25g/day.
I do take a lot of supplements.
Salad with olive oil 5x weekly.
1 lbs frozen artichoke with olive oil, garlic and salt 3x weekly.

Dr Gundry, I loved your advices. However, I’m really wondering about the balsamic vinegar because its super high sugar content. I live in Europe so what I got is the real organic balsamic from Modena. I check on the label and found almost 50g of sugar in every 100ml of such vinegar. Hence its sweet taste. I personally only use apple cider vinegar or regular red wine vinegar in my salade dressing. I’ll try to see how they work with sparkling water.

After watching your video, I bought Napa Valley naturals Balsamic Vinegar. It tasted good but very sweet. Ingredients doesn't say anything about sugar, but nutritional fact says 1tsb contains 8 grams of sugar and 6 grams are added sugar. From what I learned refined sugar is bad, and I wonder why you recommend this one with added sugar.

Having to have gone true it big time it is almost as hard as stopping with smoking. The key is in lowering the grams of carbs next to shifting eating time. Steadily going down to 50gr max carbs a day and then max 20-30gr protein will take away all carvings.. Do eat good fats moderately.

Good prebiotic fibers are in good foods, that will be released slowly when the rest gets broken down. They aren't in extracted forms that just clump together and bring not much to your gut flora.

Yeah. They are two different things. Real IF is only fasting on certain days, not every day. I do both. I no longer consider my daily 16-8 (give or take an hour) routine as a real fast.

    • @Peekaboo-Kitty
