- There are not many people who know more about The FA Cup than John Motson.
The legendary BBC commentator was once labelled 'The Voice of Football' by former England Manager Sir Bobby Robson and Motson's knowledge of the game is virtually unrivalled.
He has commentated on 23 FA Cup Finals at Wembley (and five replays) and here he gives FATV the lowdown on three of his favourites...

Used to race home from school in Melbourne,Australia just to watch MOTD with Jimmy Hill and listening to Motson's timeless commentary,great memories.

Rest in peace John Motson. I remember hearing that iconic voice commentate and he was really entertaining in his job honestly. It was really sad to hear about his passing. He was legendary.

went to england in 2002, started to work in a restaurant in bournemouth and ı remember one day ı was collecting glasses and putting them back to shelves when ı heard hıs voıce and as soon as ı heard ıt knew ıt was Motty. he was so surprised as none of englısh guys knew hım but as a foreıgner ı dıd. he was so happy
