I change the regular door speakers on my i3s, but only one issue now, they don’t have the woofer speakers for the footwell, so now these speakers overwhelm the sound inside the car and I can’t hear the base at all!
My review of the system was genuine and if it wasn’t good I would be happy to share it with everyone, it’s my car at the end of the day and I’m not going to recommend something I wouldn’t use myself sponsored or not
@@mikeocallaghan5034 they have a higher priced magnet attached to them than most aftermarket drop-in products. Those big magnets are a cheaper material. There’s only a 6dB filter on the tweeter. The mid only has a hpf too. There’s speaker engineers that have looked at the HK speakers and said they’re actually pretty good. Sometimes it’s easier to be a snob than know why something doesn’t sound as well as it could. I added better crossovers and band-passed the mid. They sound much better.
The car already has it built in from factory but it’s totally up to you if you need to purchase additional deadening although unnecessary in my opinion
Awesome! I’ve got these lined up too for my M2, can’t wait. Great content as always brother
thank you for the video . No need to use Deadening mats or acoustic foam in the doors?
Would you recommend replacing the speakers without the amp? Do you feel there would be much difference

Thanks for the info would you say it was worth the money
Are there better than alpha one speakers from BimmerTech?
which upgrade was more noticeable the sub or the speakers paired with the amp?
I would say speakers paired with amp
Why he replaced the Harmon Kardon speakers, sound of HK is not good enough?
I explained why in the video
@@MotoGearTVfucking just say it 😂😂
@@MotoGearTVjk it was just a sponsored video anyway

The HK speakers and hifi speakers are actually good. They just have terrible crossovers
Totally disagree. The speakers are poor. I’m surprised HK put their name to them!

I'll stick with audio dynamics for mine.
Some sound deadening would have been nice.

But the price though…
