Regarding Plymouth, they're new to the Championship and they have lost two managers this season. I'm hoping they survive and they'll get up to speed and be better next season.

The tactics at this moment is not working. Its about setting yourself up for the next game.
Changing tactics from game to game doesn't help us become better at football at all. When trying to learn something new failures during the process are inevitable. Everything will be fine
@@mkphrakleio its about mindset and not being snuffed out. Spurs have a plan A'ish no cover going upfield. Its not rocket science
@@allansmith3561 What's the mindset of changing your plan everytime you struggle a bit? What message does that send to the players? Isn't that a message of "we're not good enough to play our football". Changing your style of play for very very shot term success and giving up on your ideals is the true definition of bottling. Ten Hag did exactly that last season. Changed his attack minded tactics to opportunistically scum his was way into 3rd place and look at them now, struggling to even stay at sixth place. They didn't progress, they don't know what the plan or structure is and there doesn't seem to be a future.
We've been doing that since forever now and look where we are and then we're complaining we don't have a winning mentality. How are you going to develop a winning mentality when every time something goes slightly wrong we give up. We crumble under pressure and try to find an easy way out when there is none.
Tweaking your approach is different than changing the plan altogether. But you can only do that after you've mastered the basics and have built a foundation. Something we are in the process of doing. It is inevitable that we will find roadblocks, struggle and fail at times but that's with everything in life.
I don't care about just getting by and getting more points occasionally when it means our progress will be getting dragged back. The first and foremost goal is for the team to improve and progress so we can genuinely challenge teams on a consistent basic.
So yeah, it is about mindset.
Broken record I know but we have to tackle our tactics at set pieces, both offensively and defensively, we caught every game lacking in that department.
It could be his undoing and I don’t want that.
Set pieces MUST be addressed in the summer, surely!

I sense a feeling of some being afraid to talk and debate our awful performances. When Ange says to the presss, "not that bothered about top 4, I am here to challenge the top 3 NEXT season for the prem, I am just hoping he knows that the Chariman will back him financially.
We have seen more good than bad... otherwise Spurs wouldn't be challenging for Top 4.

Ange is not bothered either way and to a man the first eleven players are a millions miles away from their early season form. If Ange is going to challenge the top 3 for the prem - there is no room for passengers and no slack should be given !

Dier is right for once! You can’t win consistently in the prem if you are not tactically sound! You need to adapt in games! All good coaches do! I thought Ange was one!

I can't see Spurs winning many of the remaining games. Maybe 2 at best. Season is over now unless big Ange can sort the team out and get them scoring goals which seems to be the main problem.
