Ederson is on the list it seems. Which striker would you want?
Where would Eze play though? He's a LW or a 10 which means either Son or Madders sits on the bench. Would prefer we go for Olise to play RW.
Son should be rotated more based on what kind of opposition we’re playing. Deep block teams we should play Eze left and get loads of crosses from deep in the box for Richy. Then Sonny should always start against teams who come at us and leave gaps in behind. Either as the left sided player or striker. Thoughts?
@@barnabyslater_ 100% agree with this which is why i didnt like the whole "sonny is better as a striker" "no son is better as a winger" debate.. it totally depends on the opposition as you've pointed out. At the start of the season when teams were pressing us Son was lethal running in behind. Once they worked out not to press us, he became completely anonymous. So yes i agree with you need to play Son as a ST when teams press us but not against low blocks. But still even with Sonny played as a Striker, Eze i dont think is a beat your man out wide type of player. He's more of a maddison player. I still don't think it's an efficient way to spend most of our transfer budget - even what you've put forward would only be for approx half of our of matches. Wheras investing into a RW like Bakayoko will significantly upgrade our team, likewise a quality target man who can hold up the ball

@@barnabyslater_ reminds me a little of van persie, very good a link up and good with both feet and in the air, think in the right system he’d be absolutely amazing in the prem, but you never know with the eurodiv players

Calvert-lewin’s an absolute no go, his injuries are way too frequent. As for the shirt, yes it’s beautiful but at £80 I will never buy a shirt again unfortunately. It’s just too much and I thought £50 was expensive. They’ll be £100 soon. Ridiculous

I’m 67 years old and football has changed so much. Do players play with pride anymore ? Or are we the only ones who truly love the club ? This is probably not the reply you wanted. Sam Allardyce is 11 years older than Ange. That aside, he's 5 inches taller, had a longer, superior playing career, and tends to look healthier than Ange who has telltale fat rolls (poor health, too much alcohol) around his neck. Sam batters him I think. Silly chat of the day but I was prompted.
The height and reach could make a difference, granted. But Ange has seen things, and I don’t just mean a kebab shop menu like Sam. I reckon Big Ange has had many scraps back in Oz and knows his way round the Queensbury Rules. It’s certainly a fight I’d like to see

@@barnabyslater_ I do like him. He is fantastic tackler and wins aerial duels. think he could be solid competition at defensive midfield with Premier league experience. If Spurs could sign him for 35-40 million, I think that could be good price for 22 year old. Downside is his progressive passing and ball carrying, might be a downside with Ange’s tactics. But if Ange would sign off, I’m all in. I do like Ederson from Atalanta more, he can really boss a midfield. But feel like he will go north of 50 million due to the fact they will already be selling Koopenmeiers
