Thank you, that's a really nice finish you achieved there, with good advice. I have a number of the Tamiya 1/48 armour kits, and compared to Hobbyboss, AFV Club etc they fall together without oodles of tiny parts pinging off into the distance. Could i respectfully make a suggestion though; the camera is often fsr too close to the model, meaning either the pount you are trying to make is off screen, or the magnification of the model's movement induces travel sickness. It's a really weird feeling! I'm sure it's an easy fix, moving the camera back 6" or so would, I think make the viewer far more comfortable. BTW, subbed.
Thanks for your comments, yes the technical presentation is ropey to say the least but as I’m gaining positive comments I may invest in some equipment such as a camera and editing software etc. At the moment I will have to plough on with my iPhone but expect an improving soon 👍
I'm just building this kit right now as my first foray into model tanks after having built Gunpla for years, and this was a fantastic reference for the build process and final product!! Thank you so much mate!
Are the other builds at the end tamiya 1/48? I built their 1/48 sturmtiger and really enjoyed it. Beautiful tiger btw and please keep up these builds in here 👍
Yes, they are all Tamiya, I have built a HobbyBoss 1/48 T-34 and it was well detailed with full interior and engine. I would only recommend that one for the most experienced of modellers. Thanks for your comments and I will try to get more in RUclips. 👍
I thinned it with AK Real Colours High Compatibility Thinners. 👍

Nice work Neil, the weathering on the Tiger looks just right. I also think your other models look great, cheers.
Thanks, hopefully as the channel develops I can produce better quality images. 👍
The camo is exceptional!!
👍
I have one of these in the stash and now I know what to do, thanks for a great video
Thanks for the video! I just got this kit from my wife as an anniversary gift. I'm hoping to get the same awesome result.

Good luck with the build, if you have any questions don’t hesitate to drop me a line and I will see if I can help.
Let me know how it goes 👍

That’s great to hear thank you 👍.
They are great kits and are a great introduction into armour modelling.
Amazing results on the tiger 1
17 mins in I thought Barrry White started the commentary.
