    Bonnie… Next month..0-11… I will be 80 years old.. I have been crocheting a long time…mostly blankets, shaels, and hats…and mostly fir charity. I love it…and crichet…or knit…every dsy.
    I thunk I am pribably an intermediate crichetet… My visiin has always bern an issue, so I pretty much stick to eady projects.
    Thank yiu for diing rge eady begunnervsetues… I have enjoyed it…and have bought your baby blanket book…on Kindke.
    I have advanced Glaucoma now, so easy is a blessing.

    I really like this fan stich. And the way you are showing and explaining the pattern is very good . I have some experience at crocheting.     So glad I found you! Thank you for teaching an 9ld dog what she could do as a young dog. I love that fan stitch. I made my daughter a flag blanket for her king size bed when she was 16. That’s the last time I did that. It’s such a beautiful stitch!

    I have loved to watch and listen to you through two afghan's. You were perfect to me in every way.
    Today, you broke that record. You went into the verboten word for me. I admit I can not do multiples or understand anyone who tries to teach it to me.
    But you still get a grade of 95 from me since you are so talented...

      Ha ha! Thanks for your kind words Linda! By mentioning multiples at all I'm only trying to bypass answering hundreds of questions on this once the video is posted .... yes, this does happen regularly! Folks always want different shapes and sizes.

    Bonnie this is a nice pattern very similar to the one pattern I have memorized and have used to make many baby blankets It is a DC alternating with a shell consisting of 5 DC and no chains in between I really enjoy your excellent way of teaching Thank you

    Thank you for a GREAT tutorial. One minor comment I do wish you would show the blanket a little bit more at the end. But you did show it and it's really a good beginner's project and very pretty. I would use a natural soft merino wool yarn if I made one.

    Bonnie, I’m a pretty much a rank beginner. I understand this pattern, however, when I do my first row of fans, I always have a gapping hole where I place it. I have tried holding the base of the stitch tight to try to eliminate it, but it doesn’t seem to work for me. I have looked at multiple books trying to find a solution. Can you make any suggestion. Thanks for your help and the time you put into these videos.

      You will be crocheting a perimeter round or two and this will cover up a lot of that Zandra. I wouldn’t worry too much about it at this point.😊

    I can't tell you how STUNNING I think this Baby Blanket is!! I have searched and searched for not only a special, soft and delicate looking Baby Blanket to surprise my Niece with, but it also had to be semi-beginner friendly.....YIKES ;-O I found THE ONE....YOURS...YAAHOO!     Hello. Thank you for sharing your lovely work. You did increments of 5. Your total chains were 127. So it should be multiples of 5 and add 2 chains at the very end?
