I live in the US and it’s rare to see an American woman most especially whites and blacks have these number of kids and still have this shape. This woman is actually beautiful and has taken good care of herself.

Likely the food they eat and the work they normally do on a daily basis. US food is full of sugar and processed stuff and less manual labor kind of jobs.
Living a natural life does this, it's the tv , internet and bad foods that leave our bodies sick in America
