Somehow, every time I watch these videos, I always feel as though it’s absolutely necessary that I already have a lot of previous knowledge and understanding of how to navigate online business processes in order to grasp and then be able to apply the tips and instructions covered in these “advice” videos. Sarah, I have a question for you. I once heard you mention that a certain Shopify app allows you to have unique packages for products. Is there a way , for example, for 2 products from different suppliers (One from Printify and one from Printful) to be packaged together in the same package and arrive at the same time to the customer?

Why would Printful let you store products they have not produced. I find that confusing. However your video gave me some amazing information. Thank you for all your great advice.
Hi Sarah. Great content. But are you aware that there are a lot of complaints about POD. Specificaly concerning long delivery times, no delivery at all or quality issues. Check out Trustpilot reviews and you will see what I mean. If you are already aware then it would be nice to see a video about how you tackle these issues...
As a business owner myself that has worked with multiple POD companies, I am well aware of any issues within the industry 🙏 and I can say that saying that there are "complaints about POD" is honestly as vague as saying there are "complaints against retail stores" or "complaints against restaurants." There are some restaurants that cook bad food & treat their diners badly, and some that treat their customers fantastically. If you said to someone who was about to go out to eat "yes, but have you seen on Trustpilot there are bad reviews against restaurants" they would balk 😉 "well yes, some restaurants have bad reviews, but the reviews for the one I'm eating at are great. So what?" 🙏 So to suggest that there are "complaints about POD" and lump all companies together is grossly unfair. There are many, MANY suppliers in this massive industry. I work with reliable suppliers (Printful & Monster Digital from Printify) and the ship high quality items, with strong quality control measures, and they ship them fast. To state "POD has complaints" because other companies have amassed the majority of these bad reviews (such as MyLocker from Printify), that have absolutely nothing to do with these great companies (such as Printful), is grossly unfair. I would urge anyone to please think before leaving a blanket comment, trashing the reputation of an entire industry, and consider that all industries, such as retail stores & restaurants, have good companies, and bad companies. In addition, a lot of complaints you'll see against great companies happened during the original covid-19 lockdowns, which wasn't their fault. Due to sudden shut downs, production got heavily delayed, which again is not their fault. It is the fault of an unprecedented global pandemic 🙏 in my opinion, to: 1) Insinuate that all POD companies have "long delivery times, no delivery at all or quality issues" because some POD companies are not trust worthy & amassed those bad reviews on TrustPilot, is grossly unfair. 2) Insinuate that the good POD companies are bad because they did get some bad reviews during the unprecedented lockdowns which stopped them from manufacturing & caused unprecedented delays due to an unprecedented global pandemic that no one predicted... Is greatly unfair 🙏🙏🙏 blanket comments like this could impact the reputation of those companies even though it is undeserved. I would strongly urge people to watch this video, to provide perspective on how, just like any industry, the POD industry is made up of a wide variety of companies, and that quality & customer service varies drastically, as you would expect within any industry: ruclips.net/video/vCPJtkPXRh8/видео.html

It seems to me like the ordered custom print products are outsourced to actual (smaller) print companies. Some deliver good end products & some don't. I was just curious to know how you deal with such setbacks. Every entrepeneur has them.... It seems only fair to inform people about the downsides/obstacles of entrepreneurship. It is a good point to suggest Printify should be more selective who they deal with. As my video showed, the quality varies drastically. I do think that's a problem. I think it hurts Printify's reputation because people use suppliers like MyLocker & then will leave bad reviews for Printify, because they misunderstand the purpose of the app (ruclips.net/video/vCPJtkPXRh8/видео.html ) but I also think that it's understandable that they do misunderstand it and "blame Printify." I will heavily defend the great companies against blanket statements, because I know the humans behind those companies, and they work extremely hard 🙏 so I'm sorry I come off as testy. I do not want their good work & reputation trashed, just because there is quality variation within the POD industry 🙏 People would never say "restaurants have bad reviews" they would always specify which restaurant, yet it's very common for people to not specify the POD company they have issues with, and just leave a blanket statement saying POD as a whole 🙏 In terms of Covid, and how I dealt with it, I pretty much kept a running diary on my Instagram in the form of live hangouts once a week, haha 🌞 I didn't save most of them, but basically what I did was: 1) I switched to fulfilling orders manually, instead of on autopilot. 2) I switched between suppliers depending on who was "open" and not locked down. Sometimes Monster Digital was closed, and so I'd switch to Teelaunch, and then I'd switch back. 3) I didn't fulfill with Printful until they finished their covid-19 expansion. Printful got completely slammed but they handled it by massively upgrading their facilities & they have fulfilled all my orders with them this christmas amazingly well & on time: ruclips.net/video/4EahwnKXu9w/видео.html Those covid issues have been mostly fixed now. The only issue left is that some variants for clothing go out of stock because the clothing companies themselves (Gildan, Bella+Canvas & American Apparel) have limited production facilities due to covid. You deal with it by just removing the variant. It very rarely happens, but it's just something to be aware of during these strange times 🌞

its that 65% of humanity...make...produce..store..send your chosen products to your clients...so its impossible to have a ravishing life like you can...making money on pods isso overrated since with selling 1 shirt of 20 bucks you get only 3.50...it takes a lot of ads and efforts to sell enough to make money anyway..you have 50.000 others who make beautiful or funny designs on that same platform..so its a hard life to find the people..

You are definitely right about the Etsy platform and those similar to it, it is that much harder to sell because of the competition. I am seriously thinking about Shopify Sarah to sell my POD products and I do use Printful and Printify companies. I will need to look at more information on Shopify before I go ahead with it. I would not be happy to receive that many emails for an abandonned shopping cart. Couldn't the customer flag you and report you as spam? After all, they have NEVER agreed to receive any emails from you. You have collected their email without their consent, even if they typed it in a shopping cart. Unless you have asked them to agree to the terms and conditions when they click the add to cart button and were reminded of what would happen to the information they provide on the website visit? I know I would have reported your website for this, probably at the second email.
Be forewarned about redbubble though they have recently suspended my account bc i was supposedly underage....um last i checked 26 years old was not underaged

Its like redbubble have become a dictatorship. Large companies are bullying independent artist because their greed takes the better of them. I've drawn religious characters that have been removed. Who owns the copyright on Moses? If you can draw and artistic its very difficult to sell. If not dyslexic amd your a good at copy and pasting other artwork on photoshop and getting computers to do the art for you this place is perfect for you.

Is that $1,000+ per day listed on the video profit or just sales? And if it's sales, what are your monthly expenses for the business? Also how long did it take you to become profitable (all initial expenses recovered) from the launch date of the stores? Any clarification is greatly appreciated!

Why would Printful let you store products they have not produced. I find that confusing. However your video gave me some amazing information. Thank you for all your great advice.
Hi Sarah. Great content. But are you aware that there are a lot of complaints about POD. Specificaly concerning long delivery times, no delivery at all or quality issues.
Check out Trustpilot reviews and you will see what I mean. If you are already aware then it would be nice to see a video about how you tackle these issues...
As a business owner myself that has worked with multiple POD companies, I am well aware of any issues within the industry 🙏 and I can say that saying that there are "complaints about POD" is honestly as vague as saying there are "complaints against retail stores" or "complaints against restaurants." There are some restaurants that cook bad food & treat their diners badly, and some that treat their customers fantastically. If you said to someone who was about to go out to eat "yes, but have you seen on Trustpilot there are bad reviews against restaurants" they would balk 😉 "well yes, some restaurants have bad reviews, but the reviews for the one I'm eating at are great. So what?" 🙏
So to suggest that there are "complaints about POD" and lump all companies together is grossly unfair. There are many, MANY suppliers in this massive industry. I work with reliable suppliers (Printful & Monster Digital from Printify) and the ship high quality items, with strong quality control measures, and they ship them fast. To state "POD has complaints" because other companies have amassed the majority of these bad reviews (such as MyLocker from Printify), that have absolutely nothing to do with these great companies (such as Printful), is grossly unfair. I would urge anyone to please think before leaving a blanket comment, trashing the reputation of an entire industry, and consider that all industries, such as retail stores & restaurants, have good companies, and bad companies.
In addition, a lot of complaints you'll see against great companies happened during the original covid-19 lockdowns, which wasn't their fault. Due to sudden shut downs, production got heavily delayed, which again is not their fault. It is the fault of an unprecedented global pandemic 🙏 in my opinion, to:
1) Insinuate that all POD companies have "long delivery times, no delivery at all or quality issues" because some POD companies are not trust worthy & amassed those bad reviews on TrustPilot, is grossly unfair.
2) Insinuate that the good POD companies are bad because they did get some bad reviews during the unprecedented lockdowns which stopped them from manufacturing & caused unprecedented delays due to an unprecedented global pandemic that no one predicted...
Is greatly unfair 🙏🙏🙏 blanket comments like this could impact the reputation of those companies even though it is undeserved.
I would strongly urge people to watch this video, to provide perspective on how, just like any industry, the POD industry is made up of a wide variety of companies, and that quality & customer service varies drastically, as you would expect within any industry: ruclips.net/video/vCPJtkPXRh8/видео.html

It seems to me like the ordered custom print products are outsourced to actual (smaller) print companies. Some deliver good end products & some don't.
It's up to Printify or similair platforms to be selective who they collaborate with. I'm sure these problems do not only occur in Covid times.
I was just curious to know how you deal with such setbacks.

It seems only fair to inform people about the downsides/obstacles of entrepreneurship.

It is a good point to suggest Printify should be more selective who they deal with. As my video showed, the quality varies drastically. I do think that's a problem. I think it hurts Printify's reputation because people use suppliers like MyLocker & then will leave bad reviews for Printify, because they misunderstand the purpose of the app (ruclips.net/video/vCPJtkPXRh8/видео.html ) but I also think that it's understandable that they do misunderstand it and "blame Printify."
I will heavily defend the great companies against blanket statements, because I know the humans behind those companies, and they work extremely hard 🙏 so I'm sorry I come off as testy. I do not want their good work & reputation trashed, just because there is quality variation within the POD industry 🙏
People would never say "restaurants have bad reviews" they would always specify which restaurant, yet it's very common for people to not specify the POD company they have issues with, and just leave a blanket statement saying POD as a whole 🙏
In terms of Covid, and how I dealt with it, I pretty much kept a running diary on my Instagram in the form of live hangouts once a week, haha 🌞 I didn't save most of them, but basically what I did was:
1) I switched to fulfilling orders manually, instead of on autopilot.
2) I switched between suppliers depending on who was "open" and not locked down. Sometimes Monster Digital was closed, and so I'd switch to Teelaunch, and then I'd switch back.
3) I didn't fulfill with Printful until they finished their covid-19 expansion. Printful got completely slammed but they handled it by massively upgrading their facilities & they have fulfilled all my orders with them this christmas amazingly well & on time: ruclips.net/video/4EahwnKXu9w/видео.html
Those covid issues have been mostly fixed now. The only issue left is that some variants for clothing go out of stock because the clothing companies themselves (Gildan, Bella+Canvas & American Apparel) have limited production facilities due to covid. You deal with it by just removing the variant. It very rarely happens, but it's just something to be aware of during these strange times 🌞

its that 65% of humanity...make...produce..store..send your chosen products to your clients...so its impossible to have a ravishing life like you can...making money on pods isso overrated since with selling 1 shirt of 20 bucks you get only 3.50...it takes a lot of ads and efforts to sell enough to make money anyway..you have 50.000 others who make beautiful or funny designs on that same platform..so its a hard life to find the people..

You are definitely right about the Etsy platform and those similar to it, it is that much harder to sell because of the competition. I am seriously thinking about Shopify Sarah to sell my POD products and I do use Printful and Printify companies.
I will need to look at more information on Shopify before I go ahead with it. Any personal recommendations or videos on how to begin and get started would be greatly appreciated.

I would not be happy to receive that many emails for an abandonned shopping cart. Couldn't the customer flag you and report you as spam? After all, they have NEVER agreed to receive any emails from you. You have collected their email without their consent, even if they typed it in a shopping cart. Unless you have asked them to agree to the terms and conditions when they click the add to cart button and were reminded of what would happen to the information they provide on the website visit? I know I would have reported your website for this, probably at the second email.
Be forewarned about redbubble though they have recently suspended my account bc i was supposedly underage....um last i checked 26 years old was not underaged

Its like redbubble have become a dictatorship. Large companies are bullying independent artist because their greed takes the better of them. I've drawn religious characters that have been removed. Who owns the copyright on Moses? If you can draw and artistic its very difficult to sell. If not dyslexic amd your a good at copy and pasting other artwork on photoshop and getting computers to do the art for you this place is perfect for you.
