My new favorite, not quite full or treat is homemade bone broth with a sprinkle of smoked salt, small amount of cream and pork rinds dunked in. Extremely satisfying and the bonus fun part is the pork rinds crackle like Rice Krispies.
LOl. sounds so good!
We start bone broth in the morning and simmer it all day. At around 7 pm we finish it up and let it cool. We put it in pint jars and freeze it and in ice cube trays. Then we put cubes in a gallon bag in freezer. My husband can get it to gel. I put one cup in fridge and warm up in a pan and drink the next morning. I have histamine issues and if it sits in fridge too many days, it affects me. Thank you TC!
Thanks for sharing this!
Why does it cause histamine issues if it sits in the fridge?
Instead of the body mining itself it can use the resources to rebuild itself. Which is what i desperately need.
If resources are very low, our video on how to lift minerals could be helpful: ruclips.net/video/t-67PAToBSw/видео.html
Didn't know that! Thanks for sharing
You bet!
Thank you! Ive been learning so much with you.
So glad to hear that.
Very helpful! Thanks TC
Glad it was helpful!
This is so good to know re histamines - I have hashimotos and have been cooking bonebroth for like 18hrs thinking I was getting the most out of it.
Glad it was helpful
Good info doc. Didn't know BB had histamines and I do have problems w/histamine attacks.
Not a doc, But your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
Come back and let us know how it goes.
EBV has been reactivated due to mold exposure and this is very helpful thank you
Glad it was helpful!

Definitely!
Thank yoU!
You bet!
Hey Tony!:)
Amazing contents!
I have a tricky question.
Can I make bone broth in the pressure-cooker with 140 degrees and maximal pressure for just 3-5 hours instead of cooking it in Crockpot for 24-48 hours without pressure? Or it will destroy most minerals and amino acids from bone marrows, and be useless for refiling my mineral levels?
I am planning to take it for a year +liver+ eggs+ sprinkle water before bed - that's why I need to know this for sure before I begin
Thanks for providing full information instead of small parts ... for years and years like other RUclipsrs do🤪😅😜

Great job Debbie!
Nice job, you got me thinking TC. Next time I get a Costco rotisserie chicken I will take the remains and put them into a crock pot and simmer for a day.
:)
When should I take the beetflow supplement? I ordered it but I forgot the video where u explain the timing
I go over that in chapter 3 of my book and you can download it for free here: kickitnaturally.com/free/

Where can I find your free book you mentioned? Thank you kindly ❤

Does the same apply to gelatin and all those Collagen Peptide powders they sell in masses on Amazon?
No. some of them can be better than nothing, but they are as beneficial as home made bone broth.
How is it prepared?
Here are the instructions and recipe I use: kickitnaturally.com/bone-broth-recipe-instructions/
Oh no. I love bone broth. Taking down notes~!
:)
What kind of bones. Just recently bought beef marrow bones
That seems to be the kind most people use, but I hear good results from others too. I also like to add chicken feet or necks.
Its too bad they add so many bad things to bone broth. MSG, natural flavors, and preservatives make me sick. I do a lot of pot roasts in my Instant Pot, though.
Yeah, I agree. it's really about making your own to get real benefits.
