My new favorite, not quite full or treat is homemade bone broth with a sprinkle of smoked salt, small amount of cream and pork rinds dunked in. Extremely satisfying and the bonus fun part is the pork rinds crackle like Rice Krispies.

We start bone broth in the morning and simmer it all day. At around 7 pm we finish it up and let it cool. We put it in pint jars and freeze it and in ice cube trays. Then we put cubes in a gallon bag in freezer. My husband can get it to gel. I put one cup in fridge and warm up in a pan and drink the next morning. I have histamine issues and if it sits in fridge too many days, it affects me. Thank you TC!

Why does it cause histamine issues if it sits in the fridge?

Instead of the body mining itself it can use the resources to rebuild itself. Which is what i desperately need.

    Hey Tony!:)
    Amazing contents!
    I have a tricky question.
Can I make bone broth in the pressure-cooker with 140 degrees and maximal pressure for just 3-5 hours instead of cooking it in Crockpot for 24-48 hours without pressure? Or it will destroy most minerals and amino acids from bone marrows, and be useless for refiling my mineral levels?
I am planning to take it for a year +liver+ eggs+ sprinkle water before bed - that's why I need to know this for sure before I begin
Thanks for providing full information instead of small parts ... for years and years like other RUclipsrs do🤪😅😜

Nice job, you got me thinking TC. Next time I get a Costco rotisserie chicken I will take the remains and put them into a crock pot and simmer for a day.

No. some of them can be better than nothing, but they are as beneficial as home made bone broth.

That seems to be the kind most people use, but I hear good results from others too. I also like to add chicken feet or necks.

Its too bad they add so many bad things to bone broth. MSG, natural flavors, and preservatives make me sick. I do a lot of pot roasts in my Instant Pot, though.
