As they were coming out, they were aggressively accosted by Conversion rackets (see video at the end of the hangout). Should the TTD not act on this? Sir's, I am from Chittoor district and when I paid a visit to my neighbourhood village on a sankranthi day for some siddha medicine, except that siddha doctor, all others in the village were in a local Church and the doctor lamented that local temples were closed failing to resist the hate and pressure. To my knowledge, conversion rate has reached the alarming stage that the present political dispensation in our state is backed by that section of people, added by the Muslim dominant section who naturally struggle to defeat pro Hindu leaders and parties. The pity is even the remaining Hindus are not consolidated and knowingly or unknowingly they, for their vested interests support the non-hindu organisations. Sri Velagapudi sir is right in focusing light on this crucial issue. Good attempt by Sri Ayyar ji for picking up such like minded intellectuals in the hope that past glory will be got in future 🙏🙏
Same happened to my neighboring village their total population is only 1000 and has over 18 churches.

Same in my village in Kerala. 20 years ago there were no churches here. The village is named after a 1000 year old grand Shiva temple which is at the center of the village. Now there are atleast 20 churches and still only one temple. Both the CPM and CONgress takes money from missionaries and allow mass conversions and building of churches even close to the temple. All temple land is also encroached by party goons. Hell, even the temple committee is full of commies. It seems like in another 20 years the temple will itself be converted to a church and nobody will bat an eye in the name of secularism

Gratifying to see people like Shri Prakasarao personally dedicating his energy and resources towards preserving the dharmic sanctity of Thirumala hills and the abode of Sri Balaji. It is faith that inspires thousands of devout pilgrims who wait in the queue for hours, to have a darshan of the divine. As Shri Prakasarao says, it is only ethical that the TTD exclusively employs Hindus in this most sacred site to sanatana dharma. Failure to do so, is a reflection of their lack of commitment to our dharma, and such members should be dismissed from their posts. Again, to reiterate Shri Prakasarao’s words, it is the dharmic duty of each Hindu to preserve the sanctity of the most sacred sites in Bharata desam, for succeeding generations.
I see selfishness and apathy among Hindus to be the main reason behind thes problems. Many are paid well by MNCs and they do not care... they would also have a soft corner to the religion of the owners of those companies... maadhwaas in Hinduism advise people not to go to Shiva temples. So, there are too many factors.

I had an opportunity to speak with sri V Prakash Rao garu during 2016 when I was in USA .We had sought his advice for preservation by conservation, maintainance and renovation of two very ancient temples of Narsimha and Viswanatha in our village, Narsimhulapalle in Karimnagar District Telangana.
It was a very inspiring discussion between two legends of the current times, regarding the various ways of conserving and propagating the grand culture of this land.

In TN, Chennimalai is a place with Lord Murugan's iconic temple. An Xtian group decided in a small prayer meeting to claim the hill's ownership n change it's name. That got leaked n Hindu organization here took up the issue. There was a huge protest with 30K Hindus n they were forced to withdraw any attempts to change name n cases were filed against them. 1. The employees should be from hindu community only.
2.The trustee appointed members should not be outside the respected religion .
3.The funds should be utilizing only strictly for the benifits of hindu community welfare education marriage hospitals& so on.
4. Diversion of these funds to other religious organisation should be abolished.
5. Central government should have a control over this.

Thank you Shree Iyer for giving the platform, and thank you Prakasarao garu for bringing this to light. Expecting action from TTD is perhaps optimistic. Can some pamphlets be developed that will sensitise visitors to the threat of religious conversion? They can be distributed near buses and trains to Tirupati from the Telugu states, and to hotels in Tirupati. If it is happening in Tirupati, it is surely happening near mandir across the Telugu states.

A reputed astrologer couple of years ago hinted at the possibility of a 'Monk' becoming CM of Andhra Pradesh in late 2020's based on it's 'Jadhagam'. Conversion to Christianity or Islam by force or by enticing offering money etc.,must be treated as a crime. It is forcing an individual against his wish and brain wasting him to change.
These people who are converted are not given the same services as the real ones receive.
Our system of going to Temple and services must be accommodated to the present time.
In our system, priest does all the chanting and the devotees just sit there, talking, gossiping etc.
More lectures should be conducted on various subjects, why we do this, that etc.
More time should be given interacting with devotees. Just Poojas alone does not sustain the interest in people.
We have to change with time and needs of devotees.
Hope central government makes strict laws that should be followed through out Bharat. Donations made to our Temples MUST remain within its system. Local government should not have authority or power to use that money else where, it strictly belongs to the Temples. Jai Balaji🙏

This is done with money from west, but Tirupati is the ultimate power. I was travelling from Chennai to Delhi after my darshan to Tirupati. Morning the train was not crowded, I started Suprabhatam by MS and my copassenger was a convert family. They enjoyed fully and later she asked for prasadam. She was feeling low as she was converted. We should take seriously why our own people getting converted.
