    INGREDIENTS :
    500 g Chicken breast
    1 small onion finely chopped/grated
    3 garlic cloves finely chopped/grated
    3-4 tbsp chopped parsley
    1 tsp pepper powder
    3 tbsp bread crumbs
    pinch of oregano
    1 tsp chili flakes
    1 tsp cumin powder
    tsp coriander powder
    1 tbsp lime juice
    some salt to taste
    1 tsp oil
    METHOD:
    Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, wash thoroughly, and keep aside to drain water completely. Once the water is drained, add in a mixer jar and grind into a fine paste without adding water, remove and keep aside.
    Add ground chicken to the mixing bowl, chopped/grated onion garlic, parsley, and other all ingredients mentioned above, and combine well. (Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to chill so it is easier to shape).
    Wet your hand and shape it into kebabs using a barbeque stick, which is like a thick sausage in appearance, and place it on a plate lined with baking paper (repeat the process until done).
    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan on low heat, add just enough kebabs to not overcrowd the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes on low heat on each side until you have a golden brown sear and are fully cooked through.
    Serve hot and Enjoy in a sandwich, as a starter, on top of a salad, or with a side dish with rice for a delicious meal!
