For Melissa, wouldn’t it be better to equip subs that boost physical since her ultimate is purely physical? Same case with Iris, her ultimate is Light Physical so Avid Eater might be better on Melissa instead.

Well yes, that applies to all characters generally since they are usually physical or magical in nature. What you said also applies to the subbing priority list as it gives a +10 vs +5 to elemental. The only issue with just sub physical boost is there's currently only 2 characters with this passive (3* Dust and 3* Iris). However using same 4* or other 4* with elemental boost, it's better mainly due to stats gain overall - offensive and defensive stats. Hope this helps.

Of course! This game is really good as even the 1* characters have a place in the game! Like for the current event you can always use low rarity fire units to run even the Free 3* Event Cecily is good support (though only 1 heal but comes with small def buff) Put Megumin in front as she only has one job to do so you want her ult to go off asap, if you have 3* Lia you can put it on her as well. Overall your lineup is strong despite not having Melissa. Main reason why people want Melissa is for the defense break which btw if you have the 3* version you can consider slotting her in as that's really good for the current event as well!
I think a 3* not same face that buffs same element trait but is not the same physical/magical dmg class would be about the same as a 3* same face no useful trait. You gain some elemental damage but lose a lot of stats. Ideally you'd get same face + trait. If that's not an option different face but same damage class/trait. If that's not an option then yeah I think the two I mentioned are roughly the same.

hello, my is it okay to make my iris avid eater strong? i switched her up w mitsurigi chosen one and mia mischievous beast girl. my current lineup is melissa treasre hunter, dust (4 *) and iris (avid eater) im in need of some opinion because i might ruin my gameplay for the future

Personally I'm ok with my account now even though I really want the 3* Iris but maybe I'll see what's the next banner like.

Lia as a sub character is great like I mentioned her special (ult) boost is awesome! You can definitely boost amy as she has 2x heals as well. More healing = More survival.
@@TannaTime Pretty good I think. He's using a increased fill rate sub skill he's so much reliable now.. I have my megumin without armor since she's a suicide bomber..

I was told this as well. Stack physical for melissa and iris for more dps than elemental subs.

Once you have a charecters abities all 5/5 is there any use for their reserves? Or after they are all max skills can you just throw them away?
