      The recommendation is one second per 8 oz if you Google it.. however I put one second for 16 it still tastes plenty flavorful@@rubenrojas5570

      Zevia is great, I will probably never go back to regular soda!
      Healthy
      Tasty
      And spot on taste to original (Depending on what kind you get “root beer and black cherry are my go to”)

      @@Artisticwhit i have a soda stream it's great except having to keep buy the carbonation but worth it..however finding the healthy soda has been a trick..any recommendations there?

      @@jessicaleslie-byrn8008 I've bought the Spärkel machine after returning my soda stream due to realizing it can only carbonate water. The Spärkel machine can carbonate any liquid, the best part, no co2 canisters. Just baking soda and citric acid which I already buy in bulk. Instead of buying the packets they sell, I weigh out 11.3g of citric acid and 12.8g of Baking soda. I will try carbonating some water with this stur mix. I tried it and it tastes great in water.

    Thank you for this video and analysis! How about using this as a Gatorade Zero alternative? Is there an additive I could use to also get some Electrolytes in there? If I'm adding 1 to 2 mL of Stur, could I also add in a gram of kosher salt? Or something like that?

    • @Artisticwhit
      @Artisticwhit 2 года назад +4

      You can literally use lemon for electrolytes..
      And a lot of people don't know this little secret here but cantaloupe can Replace all of your electrolytes for the day and boost your energy. Turn that and ice cubes and thank me later😘 #Inspirehealingarts

    • @ChiquitaSpeaks
      @ChiquitaSpeaks Год назад

      You should probably try to buy an electrolyte powder from a supplement store or liquid magnesium if you wanna get serious those by far your best bet

    I watched another review on Best water enhancers and she chose this but the first ingredient was fiber which I thought was weird

    That's odd that your bottle says 2% juice. Mine says 0%. The black cherry one is pretty good!

    Why is "natural fruit flavor" "great"? They don't tell us what those flavors are made out of (which is a bizarre choice, given that this is an ingredients list). Are we meant to assume that all unspecified lab made flavors are healthy?

  • @littleuppie
    @littleuppie 2 года назад +1

    By any chance is it normal to have little white particles in the stur? I assumed they were seeds but I’m not sure since I’ve seen some negative Amazon reviews. Thanks.

    well that is where i messed up at, i use about 3/4 of the bottle one or more and after also eating about 18g of carbs it raise my blood sugar i believe, i have a blood sugar problem that is why i do low carb and keto recipes, this would be okay as a traet for me on a day i did not eat many carbs, my A1C 5 years ago was 16 i was told or more and i have been doing good below 7 and since the end of Jan i have been doing low carbs eating lost weight and have got rid of some of my meds and last A1C just 2 days ago was 5.3 so it is working for me, nurse said i have lost about 40 pounds still have a long ways o go but if i can do it anyone can, i was lucky so far i lost half of my right foot and 2 bones out of my left and was almost blind, doctors have done a lot for me, watch your blood sugar and if you can not control it with the doctor you find another, that was my mistake having the wrong doctor and not taking charge of something at the time did not know anything about at the time

    I have excellent water. I've been trying these ENHANCER ! So far they all suck ! The more you put in the water the worst it tastes ~ I really think your better off squeezing the limes, lemons, grapes, and things. Or the instant tea, coffee, lemonade ect >>> I'am done with the water Enhancer

      Depends on how much you are using and what brand there are so many types of flavors of stevia. But if you are new to alternative sweeteners and need something 0 glycemic monk fruit will be your best bet.
