Every time I see someone on RUclips or ufc or school all over u.s. it’s good thing my boyfriend doesn’t compete anymore he’s scary faster than anyone stronger than all hits 989 punching machine and he’s speed is out of this world I even recorded it’s scary barely see his hands or kicks

Stay at correct posture, the body will not moves during kick, even whom never learn karate could kick hard to move your body backwards for some feets...
