Imo, one thing that makes Jawbreaker wave hard is that you need to go straight in the portals, because there's a big chance u miss, and sometimes if u click right before the portal, you die, and it's a little (lot) annoying...
I'm trying to beat Jawbreaker right now, and I've died at 84 so much times because of that. It's ridiculously annoying.

And the gravity switches, those took a while to get used to but they got easier with practice.

I think it honestly just depends on how you play. For me, I get really nervous halfway through the level so when Nine Circles has a lot more of a challenge before the wave, I have to make each wave attempt count which stresses me out more. Also, NC has that ending which Jawbreaker doesn't. Both are fun.

So, which do you think is harder
I think Jawbreaker is harder than Nine Circles by a long shot. While the pre-drop *is* much shorter and doesn't build up stress the same way NC does, it also has much more difficult timings in almost every game mode by comparison. Some wave parts in NC are almost completely free, like the first reverse gravity wave, first dual, and first mini wave, (and fist wave in general for me, but some say it's the hardest part) while Jawbreaker has the same, difficult consistency throughout the entire level.
(Note that this is just my personal experience!)
- The pre-drop cube of Jawbreaker has more memory than NC with awkward timings for some clicks. For example, the fake block at 0:28 and the purple jump pad at 0:33 still trip me up occasionally even after spending 3,000 att in the level.
- (In theory) The pre-drop cube of Nine Circles has harder timings than Jawbreaker, however, the difficulty of those timings are still very easy for players of the levels skill requirement. In this case, Jawbreaker's beats it for the superior memory difficulty alone. (I've never found myself dying at the first cube of NC after learning the fakes)
- The first ship of Jawbreaker is tighter than NC's and is much more demanding of the player. For example, at 0:36, the momentum coming out of the ship structure into the gravity portal forces the ship up, making the straight fly afterward harder than it would be otherwise. Also note that the timing to pull up after being pushed down by a structure in Jawbreaker is much tighter than in NC's structured segments.
- The first ship of NC is fairly open and relatively free, and while the click patterns here are a bit learny, once the player has them down the section is nearly 100% consistent. This ship also just relatively more forgiving than Jawbreaker's, which allows for different player strategies and click patterns to complete it.
- The first ball of Jawbreaker is only slightly more difficult than NC's. The ball part here is enclosed, with late timings being the main focus. Every click is straight forward, and all timings are difficult.
- The first ball of NC is learny, like suuuuuuper learny, but it's way more consistent and (imo) easier to do than Jawbreaker's ball part once learned because the timings aren't as demanding. I will say that the double gravity orb timing at 2:03, the gravity orb -> gravity portal -> yellow orb timing directly after, and the timings at 2:06 are a little weird at first, but again, they all become very consistent with practice.
- The first wave of Jawbreaker tests timings, spam, and gravity portal consistency under a tight corridor. There's not much to say here, it's all very skill based and requires the player to keep up with what's being thrown at them. Looking to the middle right of the screen and transitioning to the far right after the wave spam makes the part a bit easier, but it still has it's level of inconsistency.
- The first wave of NC ONLY tests timings and has a more consistent click pattern while having a more open corridor. Speaking of the first wave, here's a fun life hack: I'd recommend looking at the wave once entering the portal, and transitioning to looking to the far right when approaching the dip at 2:19. I had so much trouble with this part while only looking to the right of the screen or only looking at my wave; for some reason this shift made it one of the easiest parts of the level for me.
I would continue on with the main wave segments of these levels, but honestly I think Jawbreaker takes it pretty easily. Just look at the gameplay between the two.
THE ENDING THO
Okay, so, NC's ending is SUPER OVERRATED.... I SERIOUSLY CAN'T WITH YOU GUYS. It's like the easiest timings known to man that just about everyone fails to T_T You could argue that 2:55, 3:01, and 3:02 are stupidly tight for an end of level cube, but at that point it's literally just a krill issue, and you should play Altair instead. (That level is amazing) but back to the point-
Just practice it in training mode. It's a 7 star part at best.
The REAL CULPRIT is at 2:49 with the mini to dual mini transition. That part is pure evil.
Now that NC is over with, ON TO JAWBREAKER'S ENDING!
The second to last wave is a superf#ck!ngstupid (trademark) set of really awkward timings and gravity portals. From 1:18 and onward it becomes impossible to play without getting a stroke, which I'd say is infinitely harder than a 7 star cube section. Which, btw, both parts start at the exact same percent, so instead of doing 2:52, you're doing 1:18 🤣☠
Anyways, that's why I think Jawbreaker is harder than Nine Circles, thanks for reading!

In my personal opinion, I think that jawbreaker is harder, let me explain, so we all know that the predrop in nine circles is harder, and the end in nine circles is really stressful, but the jawbreaker wave is longer, tighter spaces, more spam, more fakes, and I think that everyone can at least agree 65 - 100 in jawbreaker is nine circles' entire difficulty.
So when I complete jawbreaker should I put it up as my new hardest?

i’m used to jawbreaker. i practiced it so much i rarely have a hard time. sometimes it’s annoying how you die immediately if you don’t enter the portals right, but i still enjoy it. nine circles on the other hand, it’s kinda difficult for me. especially the ball part. nine circles is harder for me lmao

I have beaten nine circles and have 71% on jawbreaker. I believe that jawbreaker is harder because it has tighter spaces and portals(upside down and mini) are way more frequent.

Jawbreaker i found to be way more forgiving in almost every sense. Jawbreaker's wave doesn't have very tight spaces, just a bunch of portals and fakes which are easy to get down. Nine circles took me ~300 attempts and jawbreaker took me literally 90-100. Nine circles is also longer and has a harder predrop.
I'm 4k attempts in nine circles with only 70% pretty fun stuff

I think that nine circles is only harder because of its last bs cube. Jawbreaker in my opinion is a bit easier but way more enjoyable and satisfying to go through (still a hard demon tho)

OK jawbreaker is harder. it has more changing game play much sick sack and really short hold timings. And jawbreaker has some irritating game play, in the other hand nine circles is slower and has a bit more room but it has very long hold timings and it doesn't flip the gravity has much as it does in jawbreaker. thats why jawbreaker is harder.

so, I don't think it's that easy to decide this, since the gameplay styles in the levels are so different. Nine circles has many tight spaces, but a low fake count, and not many portals, where as jawbreaker is a little more forgiving with space, but has LOADS of portals and other trickery. Imo jawbreaker is either the same difficulty, or a tad bit easier

If u actually try both you'll find out that nine circles has more hard wave timings and tight sections , so I think every part in nine circles are *WAY* harder than jawbreaker...( I've got 21 demon completed and I've try both, *TRUST ME* )

@@theguy6432 i completed jaw in 100% and practised nc. The ship is not so hard, you only need to learn clicks. And wave after 60% is free part, while in jawbreakers all wave except 34-52 is hard.

Nine Circles. On jawbreaker, it's almost a guarantee to make it to the wave, because the cube, ship and ball parts are so easy. The ship in Nine Circles is so cancerous it's almost harder than the wave parts if extended.

I think that Nine Circles it's harder, because in jawbreaker your always will get into the wave, it is very unbalanced but in 9 circles the whole level is balanced and it too hard, and you are less consistent

Imo Jawbreaker is MUCH harder than NC. When I beat NC it took me like 2 hours. I've been playing Jawbreaker for 3 days and i have 76% 60-100% on JB is harder than all of the NC wave imo. Mostly because of 68, 72, 86, and the transitions right before the last duel. I've put 300+ attempts into 60-100 and I've done it once.
Personally I find nine circles more difficult than jawbreaker, just because of the first ship and ball + ending.

I’m currently working on jawbreaker, I have 83% on it and it’s really irritating, it’s game play is tighter than nine circles and it’s transitioning more, therefor jawbreaker is harder

nine circles, jawbreaker should be a medium demon, its really just a memory level and after 80% is the hardest part. nine circles ive beaten and jawbreaker im working on right now, jawbreaker is easier because the parts before the wave are easy so you can consistently make it to the wave and continue making progress
I have recently beat both and I can safely say from my personal opinion that Jawbreaker is certainly more difficult. Nine circles has a harder end and beginning, and more memorization parts, but the wave is mostly around medium demon difficulty.
Jawbreaker, on the other hand, has a very easy first cube, easy demon ship, and around insane difficulty ball, and an around 2 star difficulty second cube, But the wave is almost entirely hard demon difficulty, with 58%-70% being around medium demon difficulty, but the end of the wave could be considered insane demon difficulty.

i respectfully disagree, yes i think the beginning and end of the jawbreaker wave are harder than nine circles, but in jawbreaker you only really have to focus on the wave, maybe it’s a personal thing because the jawbreaker wave is super intuitive for me, but nine circles has way more nerves, and is way harder in all parts except wave. (but honestly with personal experience the nine circles wave is harder for me too lol)
@@theatlasdude one more thing you forgot to mention is that for Jawbreaker, once you're done with the wave, you're done with the level. But for nine circles, there is still a 15-second cube section, AND *YOU CAN STILL DIE* even *AFTER* the wave was behind you.

I have beaten both on mobile. Jawbreaker took me 8200 att and NC took me 6500. I did jawbreaker first though so I was more experienced doing nine circles. It is different for everybody which is harder. I think the wave itself is harder in jawbreaker but none circles had hard ship ball and icon so in my opinion that pushes nine circles difficulty slight ahead of jawbreaker. They are extremely simaller though

From my experience with both lvls, here is my opinion:
Nine circles predrop is way harder and longer than jawbreaker one. While in the later you are able to reach the drop every attempt with a little practice, getting the drop on nine circles was a bit hard
The wave sections of jawbreaker are a little hardes and more inconsistent tha the nine circles ones, but jawbreaker has a very good clicksync. Anyway, jawbreaker wave is harder because of the gravity changes, that are so inconsistent.
In general, i would go with jawbreaker being slightly harder

Well I beat jawbreaker after around 2,000 attempts. Meanwhile Nine Circles took me over 23,000 so I'll happily shout anyone out of the room who tries to tell me jawbreaker is harder.

i personally think nine circles is harder because its easier to get consistent with jawbreaker and theirs nothing really that difficult except for a few cancerous gravity transitions and nine circles gets most of its difficulty from the beginning which is way harder to get consistent with than jawbreaker's wave imo. thing that makes nine circles harder is the long build up and the pressure at the end.
If I can get to 40% on Jawbreaker 1000 attempts before I get to 36% on Nine Circles, Jawbreaker is way easier
While I cannot decide between these two levels in terms of difficulty, I can safely say that Jawbreaker’s gameplay is way more fun than Nine Circles.

unlike fairydust and NC these are a lot closer together, NC's predrop is def harder especially with the ship but Jawbreaker imo is overall harder just bcs the wave takes up the vast majority of the level and the gravity switches and having to click in the portal. Very close though.
Edit: some people I noticed are saying the predrop makes it harder, I have to disagree, the ship is def harder but really only bcs of length and the fact that you have to do a lot of maneuvering whereas in Jawbreaker the ship is practically straightfly and not even hard straightfly at that, and the ball is easy as hell, However, NC ship gets consistent if you spend around 100-200 att (for people that have NC as next hardest), and the ball is really easy, it just requires some memorization and you have to be patient with some of the ball timings, the timings arent hard you just have to wait a second to click. I can understand that some think Jawbreaker is easier, bcs everyone has different skill sets, so honestly its up to the individual person bcs these two are so close in difficulty, but for me I think Jawbreaker is harder.

I think Jawbreaker because none circles was almostly easy but not too easy, but Nine circles and Jawbreaker are almostly hard
I beat nine circles as my first hard demon and i am trying to beat jaw as my 2nd, it took me forever to get good at nine circles but i got good runs on jaw in just a few minutes, not tryna be rude but I don’t see how you would think jaw is harder, personally nc is WAY harder than jaw, my opinions may change tho
