We just saw L&F last night (9/27/24) in Carmel, IN, our first time seeing them live. I’ve been watching them on YT for several years and always marveled at the “as good as Chicago” music and vocals they create (by the way, I’m taking nothing away from Chicago, my all-time favorite band.) Love these videos. However, seeing and hearing them live, and in particular this new song, was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. This band recreates the high-level sounds exceptionally well on the stage, with crystal clear music purity and homage to the original tracks, frankly something many bands don’t. We were blown away by the nearly hour and forty-five minute performance, and wished it was longer. They were THAT GOOD. And they all look like they’re having a blast on stage. If this band performs near you, it’s a MUST that you get out and see them. They have my highest musical recommendation for delivering premium quality, highly-listenable live music to the world. We’re definitely going back to see them again the next time they’re near here, which I hope is not too far away. Peace.

Her range and control are spectacular and the band and arrangement are world-class. Hearing this performed "live" is truly stunning. Don't miss any opportunity to see this group in concert!
Ksenia is the sweetest, most humble woman you will ever meet as well. If you get the chance to attend a meet and greet with the group, by all means do so. Such a great way to support the band, and worth every penny. Ksenia speaks great English (and several other languages as well!), and is ever so nice. Several others speak well also, including Leonid, Oleg, and Roman (the band’s manager and Leonid’s son). But you may need to get one of them to translate for most of the others, or be creative with hand signals. All are so happy to try!

Geez. I have been listening to this song ever since the Dionne Warwick and Aretha versions came out. I have listened to this version at least ten times, and have been brought to tears every single time. At first, it was new and different, and great in the way that every Leonid and Friends reworking is always great. But, after accommodating myself to it fully, to a level I have accommodated myself to the original, obviously great, versions, this is going to be my favorite version of this song going forward, as strange as that is for me to say. Every added touch to the arrangement just hits and seems perfect. Ksenia’s commitment to the song and emotional attachment to it, and performance, just hits. This is beautiful.
