My advice for what it is worth gentlemen is to love yourself and your life alone first. That level of self fulfillment will give you the discernment to choose a woman who will not only appreciate the romance but reciprocate it as well.
Proof that music is a language it's own. I grew up listening to the studio version of his and other's music and absolutely LOVED it but when I heard this acoustic version, it literally made me cry. So simple but powerful in it's simplicity. Once you've found it, you know. Great reaction!
Great song! Bryan Adams is a Canadian singer songwriter from the 80's-90's. He is known for his ballads & he has a unique raspy voice. Bryan has had so many hits such as "Summer Of '69", "Cuts Like A Knife", "Straight From The Heart", "Everything I Do", "Run To You", "Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman?", "Can't Stop This Thing We Started", "Thought I'd Died & Gone To Heaven", "Please Forgive Me", "All For Love" etc. He has won a lot of awards for his music.
Bryan Adams started singing in the 80s....and still writes songs sings and tours....so anyone says he's fron the 80s and 90s needs to get their facts straight lol❤🇨🇦
Your witnessing greatness never to be again. Bryan wrote all his material. Great Canadian Rocker. His ballads are now in heaven ....were so proud of him...lovin it from Toronto Canada 🇨🇦
I really love it when singers go unplugged and in a way they "walk the plank" with just their vocals and then their band comes in and saves them in a way....very cool
This has always been my absolute favorite song. Was my homecoming, prom, and wedding song. Bryan just has the perfect voice and tone. Such beautiful music and lyrics. And just a rock legend that can jam ballads with faster rock songs. Future hall of famer for sure. Thank you for reacting to this - as a huge fan of BA I am always happy when someone discovers his amazing talent.
My mum raised me on 80s and early 90s music. I’m 28 now and still listening to the same songs. Still sing them with the same passion. 😂 These days I cry sometimes. Just people that have gone from this life.
This was my first song as a husband almost 22 years ago. I surprised her by recording it in studio for our anniversary. (Yes, I'm a trained singer, lol) It means more now than it did then. Still going strong with 2 grown children and now semi empty nesters. We moved into a new phase of needing each other even more. We feel young again 😁
[Verse 1] Oh, thinkin' about our younger years There was only you and me We were young and wild and free Now nothin' can take you away from me We've been down that road before But that's over now You keep me comin' back for more [Chorus] Baby, you're all that I want When you're lyin' here in my arms I'm findin' it hard to believe We're in Heaven And love is all that I need And I found it there in your heart It isn't too hard to see We're in Heaven [Verse 2] Oh, once in your life you find someone Who will turn your world around Bring you up when you're feelin' down Yeah, nothin' could change what you mean to me Oh, there's lots that I could say But just hold me now Cause our love will light the way You might also like Please Please Please (Radio Edit) Sabrina Carpenter CHIHIRO Billie Eilish If I Were a Boy Beyoncé [Chorus] And baby you're all that I want When you're lyin' here in my arms I'm finding it hard to believe We're in Heaven Yeah, love is all that I need And I found it there in your heart It isn't too hard to see We're in Heaven, yeah [Bridge] I've been waitin' for so long For somethin' to arrive For love to come along Now our dreams are comin' true Through the good times and the bad Yeah, I'll be standin' there by you [Chorus] And baby you're all that I want When you're lyin' here in my arms I'm findin' it hard to believe We're in Heaven And love is all that I need And I found it there in your heart It isn't too hard to see We're in Heaven, Heaven, woah [Outro] You're all that I want You're all that I need
I'm going to be singing this song to my future wife at our wedding in July of '24. I love watching these reactions from people that have never heard it before and t just reinforces that THIS is the song.
I grew up in the 90's.. every sunday i listened to our local fm radio top hits of the week with the blank casette tape ready on record if one of my fav song is on play.. amd yeah i got a bunch of Bryan Adams in my collection.. that time is like the pinnacle of many great artist.. Bryan Adams, Bon jovi, Mettalica, GnR, then comes the Boyband era of the early 2000's..
When i was a kid being Canadian we all knew Bryan Adams … being kids we liked the song but as a joke we used to sing it and replace “we’re in heaven’ with ‘you’re eleven” … you’ll never hear the song the same way again😂 but of course we Canadians love our countryman Bryan Adams 😁
I have seen older women, younger women, white, black and Asian women all react to this song and it's always the same. It touches all of you're hearts and you get such a beautiful glow. All women think the same. A soft real love from a man is what all woman really want. I love watching you all react to it and how pretty you all look when it touches you. ❤
The best times in my life were the 80’s and 90’s. I can hear a song and be transported back in time. Alot of dear people are now gone. The world has become violent and hateful. Oh to bring back the good times again.
Great reaction! Love this guy! He has so many wonderful hits. He's most known for his ballads but has dozens of great songs to choose from. Many duets as well. All for one with Sting & Rod Stewart & It's only love with Tina Turner are a few good ones to check out. His solo songs to check out are Summer of 69, Run to you, Please forgive me Every thing I do I do it for you and so many more! Happy Listening! ❤❤😊
I love your normal reactions. But this one was different, ... in a good way. You were smitten and silenced wrapped in the beauty of this song. And truly captured!
Lol now try Please Forgive me, All for Love,Have you ever really loved a woman. That was the voice of love songs in the 80's and 90's. I loved his raspy, heartfelt, emotional delivery.
Written by Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance. Originally released in 1983. Released again, in 1984, on the album Reckless. 40 years. 2 years before this was released, Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance wrote Stay for fellow Canadian band Prism. That song led to Heaven. Same key! This song and the original version of Obsession were the highlights of the B movie A Night in Heaven. True story. Mickey Curry, who left Hall and Oates to join BA, could not make the recording session due to a prior contract requiring him to play for another musician. Steve Smith , then of Journey, came into play. Compare this to the song Faithfully, which Journey played. Very similar! And BA was the opening act for Journey that year! Engineer Bob Clearmountain worked with BA in 1983 for the album Cuts Like a Knife and with the late David Bowie, RIP, for Let's Dance. Rob Sabino played keyboards for him. RS and BC worked on this song and. Now RS is a lecturer in music at UC Davis. In an interview, BA wanted Nile Rodgers, who co produced Let's Dance, to produce Reckless. Listen to the Apple podcast for details. There are really 2 eras for Bryan Adams: up to 1991 and 1991 onward. Mutt Lange changed everything in 1991 for BA. Suggested videos: 1 Bryan Adams sings Summer of 69. 2 Journey performs Faithfully.

If you had known this song before getting married, surely you would have played it on your wedding, maybe as you were walking down the aisle or at the wedding after party with you and your hubby dancing to it, just the two of you alone on the dance floor and everyone sitting and/or staying around you. This song, together with "Lady" by Kenny Rogers (which you reacted to) and "Suddenly" by Billy Ocean definitely belong to a wedding play list. Btw, if you haven't reacted to "Suddenly" by Billy Ocean yet, you should definitely do it.😉 Greetings from Argentina 🇦🇷
Yes. This came out in 1983, I had dropped out of high school for nearly 2 years, then my new girlfriend and life convinced me to go back to school. This song came out the year we both graduated, and we had a child 6 months later, after being together for 31/2 years. 4 months later she left me and this song and Journey’s I Wanna Know What Love Is came out! Yes it was and has been crushing, but what’s more crushing is I was hurt and immature and thought there would always be time to know my first Son..by the time I woke up, years into my 2nd Son’s life, was too late. Not just for my first Son and I but for his Mother and I at least for me to admit my errors to her and let her know I shall always love and care for her. So yeah haha I may not be objective about this song. Please know I love that it moved you! Oh and PS- I definitely put my business on the street with this but it was worth it!

There's always a difference between the original album versions of any song and the live which live changes through the years, that's why someone who's reacting to songs especially the first time should be to the album version which is the first creation..... then make a live reaction
I love Bryan Adams and his voice! This acoustic version of this song is even better than the original! Check out his duet with Tina Turner called, "It's Only Love"! The live performance video is everything!!🔥🔥🔥
He is still out there performing and his voice is as good as ever.
Another Canadian treasure who is revered around the world.
Thank you for sharing
One of the greatest ballads ever written. The studio/album version is very powerful.
Check out John Farnham “burn for you” another great ballad
These were my teenager songs...made me too much romantic for the real world.
Yes, I am too romantic for the real world..
same..i alomst regret i was to an unworthy woman...

So glad you liked it. Music is supposed make you emotional.
This song is so beautiful lost my wife last year and this is how we both felt. It hurts so much being alone now.
I'm so sorry for your loss, Tom! We're here on Earth for such a short time. I'm sure you enhanced her life as she did yours.
@@SeattleLifeguard Yes we sure did thank you.
He has the beautiful “ whisper rasp”. Another one you’d swoon over- Michael Bolton- “ When A Man Loves A Woman” “ I Loved You But I Lied”. ❤❤❤❤

I really love it when singers go unplugged and in a way they "walk the plank" with just their vocals and then their band comes in and saves them in a way....very cool
Love when songs really touch you.

I loved your genuine reaction! ❤️It is a beautiful song.
HEY GIRL NICE TO SEE YOU!
KEEP PRAYING, THAT'S THE ONLY WAY TO BE!❤
[Verse 1]
Oh, thinkin' about our younger years
There was only you and me
We were young and wild and free
Now nothin' can take you away from me
We've been down that road before
But that's over now
You keep me comin' back for more
[Chorus]
Baby, you're all that I want
When you're lyin' here in my arms
I'm findin' it hard to believe
We're in Heaven
And love is all that I need
And I found it there in your heart
It isn't too hard to see
We're in Heaven
[Verse 2]
Oh, once in your life you find someone
Who will turn your world around
Bring you up when you're feelin' down
Yeah, nothin' could change what you mean to me
Oh, there's lots that I could say
But just hold me now
Cause our love will light the way

For somethin' to arrive
For love to come along
Now our dreams are comin' true
Through the good times and the bad
Yeah, I'll be standin' there by you
