I’m literally on my way to practice 😭
I can toss well, but I have trouble catching the flag, does anyone have any tips for me?
@Dhara Patel well what I’m doing is I’m doing new tosses that are really fast and I’m stepping back so I don’t hit myself so I’m pretty much asking “how do I stop being scared of my flag?”
@@keely.916 I had the same problem, and my solution might sound weird. But if you're scared of the flag the best thing is to get hit. I was terrified of getting hit, but after getting hit it wasn't as bad as I predicted. I usually try to throw a little infront so I can step up and catch the flag. I am a beginner however.
