I drop the 45 on my head almost everytime I throw one so doing it in the dark with a black pole is just pure talent cause it would just bounce off my head and onto the ground

Ask questions if you’re confused and drink water at any available moment. Saying the counts out loud helps A LOT. It even helps with throws if you get it right. Have fun and practice! Good luck 💜
