Musically correct, lots of speed, deep sweeping edges, clean, tidy feet with very precise steps, excellent character, great posture with nice, sharp Tango presentation without going over the top. An outstanding CD performance. I truly miss the CD event. Like Figures for single skaters, the compulsory dances were such a clear (and fair) way of separating the ice dance teams into their skill levels. Thank you for posting this.
Never ceases to amaze me how synchronized they are when skating together on ice ...of all things! Unimaginably ..their movements together are incredibly beautiful how that could never have translated into a real life personal relationship actually puzzles me. I would really like to hear one day the true story behind it?Oh well probably never will.

I think they expected to be first, however Domnina and Shabalin were reigning World champions and skated really well, so it wasn't unfair to have V/M below them imo
