I have updated all of the links for those who are having issues with MobileGesalt and Githubs
it's also not just about whether it's oled or not, the reason the pro phones have aod is because they have a variable refresh rate, and can reduce it down to 10hz, which significantly saves battery life.
Imagine explaining that to people who do not know that in this video, I am sure this guy knows that but does not want to explain it in the video
@@RaghavGupta-pn9qkbut having an Oled display still means that AOD is an option. I explained around the 2 minute mark that this will fry your battery if you don’t have an OLED display. Oled displays can handle this just fine. I’ve been running this for months and didn’t notice a crazy amount of battery drainage

The 15 series should have the always on display, I’ve got a 14 pro and it has it built in.

@@Tapppin you’re basically tricking the phone into thinking it’s new devices makes you wonder if you trick a old iPhone that not supported for iOS 18 by tricking it to think it is a supported device
I had it on my iPhone 13 for a week and it was so bad my battery health was 90 and it fell to 86 in one week and drain battery so fast do not use this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

14p, 15p and 16p have 120-1 hz screen but other models dont have that therefore do not use aod on 60hz models as it drains ur battery
But can you bypass it (apple intelligence) with EU apple account?
Im also trying to find out. My iPhone does support it but im in the EU

if you use this in non-available devices, your battery will definitely drain faster…

Installed the AOD via MisakaX around a week ago on my 13 Pro Max and find it quite useful, the only thing that bugs me is that it doesn’t disable the AOD when it’s in my pocket, face down on a desk or when you move away with Apple Watch like the 14 Pro does. Does anyone know how to enable this or is it not possible?

Nice this vid helped w/ reenabling it after it got glitchy on the first try, however it worked from last night and stopped this morning. I reenabled Face ID on my XR and waited 10 mins after it to settle in the Apple Intelligence. I restarted it when old Siri came back, and Apple Intelligence came back but has WiFi issue. Do I need to do it all over again, or was it patched over the air?
You just need to repeat the steps. Although on an iPhone XR it might be laggy so I would do this at your own risk.
@@Tapppin I will try again tonight after work and update you on it. IK it went back to the WiFi issue after I rebooted when it reverted to standard Siri. AOD still works just the Siri is acting up.
@@Tapppin Yo man I redoed the steps in your vid, and this time I am keeping it off Face ID for a day so it can work longer. So far Apple Intelligence still works since last night I did it.

@@YahwehJovaun reset the mobilegesalt file and try again. After the first nugget step wait 2 minutes before moving on

@Tapppin I did that literally factory reset my 14pm waited for the file to downfall to 2.57 gigabytes for apple AI then did the fix for the Face ID once it’s fully downloaded and it rounded down to 2.56 gigabytes and is downloading resources again but apple intelligence still works better that popping up then quickly disappearing

It’s only a feature for iPhone 15 pro and above I believe

@@Tapppin thanks for answering but it still remains. before i couldnt get AI (i was on 18.1 beta 2) and sometimes misaka turned on, sometimes it crashed, sometimes face id turned off (which hasnt happended in awhile- and no face id is good). now the github for the code edit has been taken down so i cant quadrouple check my work. check for yourself.
