    《Ingredients》
    Canned sweet corn
    Sugar, corn syrup, cooking oil, flour
    pecan
    sesame seeds
    sesame oil
    《Recipe》
    1. Pour water out of the canned corn and mince corn into pieces
    2. Mince about 10 pieces of pecan and mix with corn.
    3. Mix 3 spoons of flour into the corn, pecan mix and make small balls of mix.
    4. Put enough cooking oil into the pan, heat to deep fry the mix balls.
    5. Deep fry mix balls and while frying, paste sesame oil on a large steel plate.
    6. Take balls out once they are yellow.
    7. Bring new pan and put 5 spoons of sugar and 1 spoon of corn syrup then melt them together.
    8. Put in fried balls into the pan and cover them with melted sugar.
    9. Once fully covered, sprinkle sesame seed on top.
    9. Put fried sugar glazed sweet corn onto the plate covered with sesame oil then separate them.
