    Oksusu jeon (Corn fitters)
    [Ingredients]
    1 canned corn (340g)
    7 Tbsp (69g) corn starch
    1/4 cup (45ml) water
    1/8 Tbsp (1.5g) fine salt
    6 Tbsp (42g) cooking oil
    4 Tbsp (52g) condensed milk
    A bit of parmesan cheese
    A bit of red pepper powder
    [Directions]
    *Oksusu jeon (pancake style)
    1. Drain the canned corn in a sieve, set aside the corn.
    2. To a bowl, add the drained canned corn, corn starch, and water.
    3. Use a spoon to mix the ingredients until sticky.
    4. Drizzle cooking oil onto a pan, heat the pan before spreading the oksusu batter thinly.
    5. Use a spoon to shape the edge of the batter.
    6. Use a spatula to flip over, repeatedly, until golden.
    7. Once cooked, move the crispy oksusu jeon onto a plate.
    8. Drizzle condensed milk to finish.
    9. Add parmesan cheese and fine red pepper powder before eating, as desired.
    *Oksusu jeon (deep-fried style)
    1. Drain the canned corn in a sieve, set aside the corn.
    2. To a bowl, add the drained canned corn, corn starch, and water.
    3. Use a spoon to mix the ingredients until sticky.
    4. Pour enough cooking oil into a deep pan, heat the oil before pouring in the oksusu batter.
    5. When the batter becomes golden and rises to the top, take it out.
    6. Move the crispy oksusu jeon onto a plate.
    7. Drizzle condensed milk to finish.
    8. Add parmesan cheese and fine red pepper powder before eating, as desired.
