Those are not purebreds. The class description is "Half-Arabian Geldings" which means registered, castrated male horses who have 1 registered, purebred Arabian parent. The other parent can be any other horse/pony breed except an unregistered, purebred Arabian. The offspring will and are allowed to show characteristics of the non-Arabian parent. A Quarter Horse cross will not have the same characteristics as a Percheron cross or a Shetland Pony cross or a Saddlebred cross or a Half-Arabian cross, etc.
