    Rose Grey- will transition to full grey or even dark roan depending on the genetic color coding of the parents. It really is a STUNNING color in person :)

    I love the gaits for the English classes over the Western classes. The horses move so freely and easily compared to the overly collected gaits in the Western gaits ( I used to show in both, but I prefer the English). I agree with the judge's picks. The dark bay/brown looked like a pleasure to ride as with the sorrel.

    1:14 looks like a buckskin at first glance, but i think it's a rose grey and will eventually grey out

      @MagnificentHorses  3 месяца назад +1

      @@MikeOochie-r8x yeah I think you're right about that. It's definitely not a buckskin because theseare purebred Arabians, and they don't come in buckskin. But the rose gray turning to gray sounds like a good thought.

No hate, I am just trying to learn, but I thought you weren't supposed to start riding horses until they were at least 4? and I imagine it takes a bit to train them, I could be wrong :) I picked the first-place winner, but it was so hard to choose the second place. Der höchste Punkt sollte das Genick sein. Die Pferde gehen alle mit aufgerolltem Hals. Da ist der höchste Punkt der fünfte oder sechste Halswirbel. Hinter der Senkrechten, mit zu tiefem Kopf.

    Why riding with such a tight rein?

    • @MagnificentHorses
      @MagnificentHorses  3 месяца назад

      @@nansatterlee428 i'm not sure how you can tell how tight the reins are without being the one riding. The horses have a naturally arched neck and are taught to carry their head that way without pulling on the reins. I have ridden one myself and have a video of it on my channel. I can tell you that I was not pulling on the reins when I rode.

    • @myronschabe
      @myronschabe 3 месяца назад +1

      @@MagnificentHorses Yeah, it is hard to telll with these Arabs, some of them are a bit behind the vertical which is not desirable and would indicate too tight a rein but since I have never ridden an Arab in this kind of class I am not sure how they go...when you come from a different breed like quarter horses, the English Pleasure for instance, they have a different build and go with their neck lower and not so much contact. Basically, down to using their body differently.

    • @MagnificentHorses
      @MagnificentHorses  3 месяца назад

      @@myronschabe thanks for your comment! All of the Arabian pleasure classes seem to like having the horses heads held that way. In fact the western pleasure seems to be even more so. My next video coming out this Saturday (10/5/24) will be basically the western version of the same class if you want to check it out.
