    ▼ Ingredients (1 to 2 servings)
    1 tofu
    1 leek (green onion), as desired
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
    600ml water
    Less than 1 tablespoon soup stock
    Recipe
    1) Finely chop green onion, combine with soy sauce and mirin, and place in a deep dish.
    2) Cut tofu and arrange around the sauce.
    (3) Add half of the dashi stock and bring to a simmer.
    When the tofu is cooked, turn off the heat and add half of the dashi broth.
    ⑤Thin the sauce with the dashi while eating.
