Thank you for saving me my friend! I'm so grateful!
No problem. I’m glad everything ultimately worked out.
@@MattsOffRoadRecoveryJawas had a Sandcrawler, with tracks (hint, hint).
Just wait for the bill :P
I wasnt 100% sure what exactly broke, was it the rear axle?
Wait wha ha happen 🤔
You should get a go pro dog harness and do a video of Peanut roaming around during a rescue.
Peanut cam
Yesssss doggy angles need to be a thing!
Motion sickness af
Great idea!
I love this idea
Thank you Matt and crew. Really grateful for the save. Got a winch now
Yay Padres!
Loved the outtake at the end with Matt just standing at the Burger King counter in the middle of the night.
That burger must have been so fresh you still could hear a faint moo...
😂 good stuff
You could sense the tension when he was getting served
For the sake of Star Wars respect, the proper name of the Jawa transport is Sandcrawler which is totally something Matt should build for sand recovery jobs (since it uses tracks!)
Ooo tee knee.
*Utinni
He already is.. the bombi.
lol, which was totally ripped off from Frank Herbert...
I second this motion
Buddy, they are just starting on the Bombi, its coming eventually 😆, 3, maybe 4 more upgrades.

It's the first time I've seen Matt wear a warm jacket 😂
Greetings to the entire team from Córdoba, Argentina!
Wears a t shirt in deep snow, but can’t handle this without a jacket!? 😂
@@jakethedetailsnake lol his buddy has on two jackets.
Just pulled a heavy stuck sewage truck out of a wet field with my tractor. Thanks MORR - I used the tricks I learnt watching your videos!
So you ran out of gas or forgot the keys to the truck😂
@@danrussell3439😂😂😂😂😂

@@danrussell3439😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@danrussell3439 It was stuck (wasn’t me who got it stuck!!)
"Well it's time to get a winch, man." I heard it. Matt said it. 🤣
I’ll be honest you could hear it in Nate’s voice the pressure and stress just being lifted right off when he said “I can’t thank you enough” his eyes were watery he had that little deal in the back of his throat we all get when we are just at wits end and something worked out 💪 you saved him for sure
Bottle jack and a couple rocks he could have saved himself $500
The outro did it for me: Matt standing unattended in an all but deserted Burger King, in the middle of nowhere, waiting on a Double Whopper, without cheese(!), and stroking his beard...it's a portrait...
At least he knew it was fresh cooked. It had not spent 3 hours under heat lamps.
I do hope Matt is eating very healthy food when at home because all the hyper processed roadside ‘food’ can kill ….
Peanut, Lady and Max have “the life”. Great to see dogs loving the open outdoors. They are doing what dogs love to do.
Matt, speaking of hippopotamus, do you know the difference between a zippo and a hippo? A hippo is a really big animal, the zippo is a little lighter.😂
Thanks, Dad 😂
Do you the Difference between a Giraffe and an Excavator
Ones got Hydraulics the other High Bollocks.
😂🤣😂
What’s the difference between ignorance and apathy?
I don’t know and I don’t care.
“Sandcrawler Rock” It has a nice ring to it.
It's gotta sooth the pride when the guy rescuing you says "I've been stuck on this rock"
Nice to see Katelynn getting put to work on a job, kudos to Matt for being there for a friend in need despite being low on sleep and getting styes due to such. You're the man dear Matt!
That’s real friendship man. Long haul with a big trailer just to rescue your buddy. Good character.
And get lots of views.
I hope I’m that old man one day! What a good way to spend your retirement years
Always wondered why you called the Jawa rock a hippopotamus 😂😂 now I realize which rock you have been speaking of ,,thank you❤
Same. Every single time he said "it looks like a hippopotamus" I'd think "if you say so, Matt, but you do you" 😂
But now it makes sense
Same here lol.
I'm pretty sure in one video the editors even stamped a hippo over that big rock.
@@stevenlippis5488 so it wasn’t just me 😂😂
I sympathize with breaking down in the middle of Nevada. I have experienced multiple flat tires out there with my family of origin and lost a transmission on a family trip out there. Not easy not fun. The hot summer desert isn’t great on vehicles. There was a trip or two where we intentionally planned our drive through Nevada to be in the dark. Thank goodness for good friends who rescued us on the dead transmission trip.
i cant get over how happy peanut seems too bee every time shes lett lose too run, and how unhappy she seems too be inn the car
Do you addd extraa letterss to words on purpose?
You are absolutely spot on about trail width. When the Hummers began touring in Sedona, they didn't follow any of the rules and challenged the Forest Service in court to get permits for the trails the other companies already had. During the litigation time they were allowed to operate and literally ruined every trail out there. All the trails were measured by the Forest Service when they started and their width was 8'. When they lost their case the trails were measured again and they were between 12' and 15' wide. They also were running off the trails and running over the Shaggy Bark Juniper trees, that grow hundreds of years, and anything else they could, just to impress their riders. What a nuisense they became for the environment. I was a guide who traveled the trailes, in a jeep, during the time and was witness to the damage they did.
Katelynn is fitting in quite well Matt, I completely agree with your words - Lizzy can never be replaced, Katelynn is her own person and wanting to learn A great team as always Matt !!
I can't believe Matt was wearing a jacket
Was going to comment the same 😂
Sand Crawler 😂 I like stopping in Rachel for the night. Its so quiet out there. That guy was screaming in his head, what do you mean you don't want cheese?!
Hey Matt just throwing this out there. As a Firefighter for 33 years and a Tiller Ladder Truck Driver. All the Departments that have Tiller Truck Use this Standard. On the Horn: ONE STOP, TWO GO , THREE BACKUP ! Say it a couple of times , repeat and you or anyone else won't forget it. Just Say'en.
Everybody, if you're gonna drive in a river or drainage, make sure your fluids aren't leaking, and don't crack your oil pan. Gotta keep these few precious waterways we have in the Southwest alive. Have fun!
I had a leaking cv (guy who put it in didn't do it right) got stuck in some high water. And when I went to fix the cv Axle, I drained the diff because it was bugging me. That water may have gotten in. And it did gear oil was bad.
Easy job at hippo rock and a long drive to save another friend. You're a good friend to have around! Katelynn, you did good on your first recovery!
Like that Jeep drivers comment: was going to stop by shop to pick up t-shirts, but this seemed easier.
Classic!👍👍
A Jack and a come along will suffice until you get your winch.
Nice rig!
It's so cool to see how Matt builds up his team; he's giving people the opportunity to learn and experience challenges. Matt seems like a good mentor. I'd be proud to be a part of a team like this.
When Matt said it was his first time getting gas in the truck I hope he meant diesel! Always nice to see how much effort you will put in to help somebody in need.👍
I love the big kids imagination for rock names. Keep being a big kid Matt! 😊
I'm guessing the stuck person named the rock several times, but none were 'family friendly'...
I just wanted to say thank you for videos. Life has been really difficult for me the past couple years, but watching the videos from MORR and Cars N Cameras always lifts my spirits. Your positive attitude and light heartedness are really refreshing. Thank you and I look forward to watching many more videos from your channel.
MORR videos always lift the spirits. Cheers, m8, hope life treats you better.
The young ladies you hire are an inspiration to the girls out there to get dirty and make things and break barriers. Nicely done 👍🏻. Jayme and her inappropriate footware are an inspiration as well ♥️
As soon as you said Kodiak and Samurai I was wondering if you were talking about Nate! So cool you were able (and willing) to help him out.
From hippo rock to Jawa Machine. I love Matt’s references. Also I dunno who edits these vids but they do exceptional work.
I knew as soon as Matt said a Kodiak with a samurai on the back I knew it was Nate! I'd love to see these two channels do a collaboration.
Cleetus loves doing things outside his lane, anything with a motor. Never seen him in a rock crawler.
My week sucks, but seeing Peanut living her best life makes me feel better!
PeanutCam, youtube channel ! Make it so !
When you see the smiles on MORR recoveries you know without a doubt they're genuine.
Poor Matt still waiting on that double whooper God bless you all!!✌️🇺🇲
Matt, you're a good friend to have. Not too many people would travel 14 hours away to rescue a friend
Matt, we’ve all watched you weld and grind, so we’re not surprised to see something on or in your eyes from time to time😂
I used to have friends that I would drive 7 hours to help out. Sadly they are no longer in my circle because I learned THEY are not the kind of friends that would drive that far for me. Sometimes you have to cut your losses.😢
Great to see this kind of friendship.
A shoutout to the editor team! Great work guys! 👍💪
Craig is awesome.
Love the positive attitude wish I could find employees like you do Matt.
So I always define a friend as someone you can call at 4 am for a ride knowing he has to get up at 6 or so am to go to work, and they come and get you without question. Maybe not happy about it, but they do it.
Because we all have a bunch of friends who will gladly do that... and by do that, I mean they will tell you all day long they will do that, until you need them to do that, then it is all excuses.
I love how humbling and genuine Matt and the crew are, definitely the kind of people I'd love to have a beer with! Keep up the good work MORR Crew!
Good morning I love how you guys always get the job done and help your friends when they need it.
Katelynn did really well on your first official recovery driving the banana.
She is a pro driver
@@Dlutheran I am fully aware of that she has her own RUclips channel.
👀 Matt is not a cyborg he wore a jacket 🤣
Katelynn is a bright ray of sunshine. You are lucky to have her on the team. Another great video Matt!
Good job Katelynn. You are so kind to go that far for a friend in need and at that hour, Matt & crew.❤
Thanks for showing us the drive by way of the side windows this time. So glad you had quite people with you and no one who need to repeat the obvious.
Thanks Matt's OFF-ROAD RECOVERY
Love that even though you know you're not getting enough sleep, you are there for the people around you. Great job.
Great to see Katelynn out and learning the recovery aspect of the MORR team!!😃 Awesome you went to help Nate out, I saw what happened to his rear diff!!!😳
Peanut really knows where you are heading 😊❤️ 2:57
You know how cold the desert night truly is when Matt wears a coat on the job.
I would love to see Matt and Nate do some wheeling videos and build something together. Food 4 thought. Loved the video.
Matt standing there waiting patiently for service lmao ,yes Matt it's that way everywhere. And it sucks!!!!!! Thanks for the video guy's.
Suggest putting a warm compress on your eye to let the sty open and drain. See if it works so to speak 😊
Matt, styes usually resolve on their own in one to two weeks. A warm compress can help. With thoroughly washed hands, you can use a finger to gently massage the eyelid following the use of the warm compress. This can help stimulate drainage from the blocked oil gland. Do NOT pop it. A stye is an infection (typically a staph infection) in the eyelid’s oil glands. Popping it can cause the infection to spread to other parts of the eyelid. Do NOT rub your eye or touch your stye. If you do, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after.
Peanut needs an intro at the start of videos too
Another fine example of Mat and the team to the rescue.
I had a flat tire on my motorcycle outside of Tonapah in 1975. A small gas station had the correct tube. It was a miracle. You are so correct about being in the middle of nowhere. Great memories, thanks Matt.
Epic Star Wars reference! Greg is basically Jeremy Renner from The Town, "Whose car we taking?"
Katelynn has the shotgun weather report down 👍
As soon as you said Kodiak with a Samurai, I knew it had to be Nate!
Ole Banana sounds great with that stroker motor
True friends help one another! Great first rescue Katelynn. You’re a good person Matt. Get some sleep Matt🤙😎
Matt is The BEST
Matt stood waiting at Burger Barf counter reminds me of a Grizzly waiting in the river for a salmon to jump into his mouth! Hahaha
Love the warble of the exhaust on the banana. A very calming confident rumble. Reminds me of an idling spitfire
LOL Matt at the end there Fresh never frozen, worth the wait. Love the huge SAVE THE DAY!
Great job, Katelynn!
Here in the Uk, 6 1/2 - 7 hour trip would get you most of the way of the Length of England 550 miles
You are one Kind Generous Gentleman.
All the best to you all from us in 🇬🇧🇺🇸
That was a long haul for Nate @DirtLifestyle ! He's such a great advocate for off-roading and a pretty darn good fabricator himself! Glad you were able to help him out!
Ed's hand on your shoulder at the end, made me really miss my Grandpa
I clear up steyes with a match head and I think they come from rubbing your eyes with dirty hands. Light a match and blow it right out, let the match head cool and press it or rub it on the steye. The ash contains sulfur, and that neutralizes the cyst, I believe. I had a friend that got them every few months, and they always cleared up fastest when he tried my trick.
You can also buy face wash that contains Sulphur if you're prone to getting them
katelynn seems to be fitting in well and learning some new skills.
If Lizzie has to be gone that little lady is a great addition to Matt’s ORR team ❤❤😂😂😊😊 great bunch of folks👊🏻👊🏻👍👍✅✅✨✨🤙🏻🤙🏻🌟🌟💫💞💖
I'm amazed at how many people don't have winches or a Come Along to help when stuck.
Kaitlyn is a real asset to your team….i can’t wait to see what you do as a team in the future!👍👍👍👍😁 that was really nice of you to go that far for a recovery, well done sir!
Katelynn 😇
Did you notice that she gave the weather report as “69° - Nice”
It's good to see Katelynn doing so well, she is a quick learner. Glad to see Ed come in at the end, thanks Matt.
What a hard working MoFo! After an 8-10 hour shift doing an IT job, I’m exhausted. Then, I have to study new technology, threats, and monitor machines. I couldn’t imagine working as hard as Matt!
I was actually at the same BK recently. Driving from Pahrump to Battle Mountain...a tasty Double Cheeseburger and a Mello Yello.....
Unbelievable what you will do for your customers. 😊
A stye is a small infection in a oil gland of your eyelid. A warm moist rag will generally allow it to release itself.
Most are Herpies
Those last 30 seconds of editing were golden!
Geez I love that jeep. Ever since the beginning!!! We're talking .... before the Tuscan video.
If the guy had a hi-lift jack he could have easily gotten himself out.
HEY! Good morning and thumbs UP to Matt and crew!
The ending scene...perfection.
FINALLY!!!! I have been waiting years for a video where I get to watch Matt wait for a burger to be made! I may have to put that end bit on a loop.
Oooh a little night time recovery! Nice work you guys 👍🏼
Man, you guys came all the way up to my territory. I was just out that way hunting, yesterday. I get all throughout the hills out there, with my hounds.
Winter is coming Matt. Don't think Bombee will be ready when the snow comes down. Tell Robby to hustle up.
"This is my first time ever getting gas." 😂😂 We know.
What a great Episode Matt, Katlynn's first recovery! Way to go, loved the pink nail polish, great job! Matt, thank you for being a friend and showing what it mean to sacrifice for a friend... Awesome family values.
YAY!
Good morning!!!
Lucky 7 !!
first, second and third and still time to be nice? HOW YOU DO DAT DUDE?????????@@JGEAGLE
Thanks for getting Nate out. Maybe get him to help fabricate stuff together in YOUR shop instead of sending a bill lol.
Tip
Instead of fitting a permanent winch at the front of a vehicle have a receiver hitch fitted instead and mount the winch on a plate with another receiver hitch and use a bit of suitable square tube to join the two when needed. This way you can store the winch in you garage when not going off road, you can also with the use of a battery pack use the winch anywhere you need it.
