On the other side of Horseguards but down the street a tad from Horseguards. There was a ceremony held there and this video is showing everyone marching back to Wellington barracks

Belgian soldiers from different branches. I think some of the kids are cadets and the older gentlemen are Belgian veterans. There’s a few I don’t know
