This is my favorite model so far! The only way this could be improved and this would just be over the top is to incorporate a hidden small appliance garage.
Me and my family we're only interested in Brinkley models 3250 or possibly a 3950. We experied the set up and break down of the sofa first-hand at an RV show. After that we decided the sofa is a deal-breaker. Although it is a very innovative and neat design the problem is it's too complicated and too time-consuming. When we are traveling sometimes we're setting up and breaking down every day or 3 days or even 7 days and every rver or knows the time crunch of the 10 or 11am checkout when trying to get going. It took us well over 10 minutes to manipulate this couch and put all the extra pieces and cushions away as opposed to the typical bed/sofas that usually take seconds for our child to do. As an example the instructional video is over 8 minutes and it has been cut. Another thing is that my teenage son tried it out in bed mode and we felt he would be falling into that crack while sleeping all night. Also when the couch is opened up all the way and the table is opened for dining there is no room to walk by in between them. Other than this we liked pretty much everything else about the floor models so I hope you appreciate the constructive criticism and honest opinion. We learned that the sofa is continuing to be redesigned and is evolving. We would definitely reconsider Brinkley in the future if this is redesigned with time and simplicity in mind.
Question, is it possible to get the standing desk from g3250 put in the garage of this model? Im a gamer and plan on using this with family. I can give up alot of stuff but cant give that up
I really like this unit but sadly the first row of drawers in the dresser is unusable unless you’re using it for jewelry. They’re not big enough for anything. I also want bedside tables or shelf, not over the window shelves. Otherwise, it’s a really well thought out floor plan.
Here's a feedback, the cabinet over the sink is too low. When you're washing the dishes, the top of your head hits the lowest part of the cabinet, or you hit your scalp under the cabinet. I know I will lose some storage, but it should definitively be shorter(this comment is good for the 3 toyhauler models)

Thanks for the great feedback. We are continually working on this design as well as added a new L shape sofa.

Only thing missing, would like the center chairs in the sofa to be theater chairs and nightstand in bedroom.
You can get a queen bed option that has nightstands.
I love the drop down for knives but are they strong enough for a loaded pistol for security?
They Definitely are just toured one yesterday they are super hefty.
