Has a rhythm... you can always change music and apply it to the song you're using. What music do you prefer to dance to?

do you teach classes online?
I sure do :) Stay on top of my videos here on RUclips because once in a while I host FREE classes online (1 hour long!). Soon, I will reopen m Online Pole Couse for beginners (has flexibility program in it too). I already started back in February with the first group of online students. Soon, I'll reopen for new students to sign up with me again :)

Clean lines without distracting patterns would make it easier to concentrate on the movements of your demo, rather than what you are wearing. If you want to share your sock collection, perhaps make a video of a fashion parade of you wearing a collection of your socks. 🧦
