In the respond of 1C this video shows 1S when res-ponder has S-J985, H-A32, C-J4, D-QJ53. My question is why not it is 2D?

You meant 1D right? In situations like these, after a 1 Club opening bid, it is correct to bypass a 4 card diamond suit in order to get your 4 Card Major out there. The Majors should be our absolute #1 priority. Hope this helps.
