Nah, jinhsi's quest was way better and had more emotional impact. This questline was kinda flat. We did get shit ton of lore so thats great but as a story it wasn't anywhere close to jinhsi's.
Thats not how it works, she still powercreeps verina non the less. She does everything verina does but better. Verina may be more comfortable to use with jinshi, but that doesnt change the fact that shorekeeper heals more, gives more buffs and just adds much more to the team than verina does. Think of it like yelan and xingqui. xingqui can still be better on certain teams like a hutao team with 1 hydro applier but he still did get powercrept by yelan nonetheless.

She is an easy must pull for anyone since you still do need 3 teams for ToA technically and if you already got Verina having two broken supports would be great to have. I am still skipping her not because she bad but because I only have one guaranteed for camellya and I’m going for her weapon since she is my most hyped character
With SK my whole account power spiked, everything melts and I got my first full TOA clear. I built her for buff and intro damage, and she's doing 60k nukes. Then I got her S1 with corals, 0 regrets. Is this love? The quest and design are a true chef's kiss.
@@pierrotzzz Crit dmg 4 cost (hp% also works well), at least one spectro 3 cost, try to get hp%, liberation dmg%, and crit dmg rolls (ER too of course). At base she does around 45k (15k x3) but if you use Jianxin's liberation dmg amplification outro, she does 60-70k (20k+ x3) If you play SK Mortefi Jianxin, it's all very synergistic since Mortefi buffs Jianxin, and Jianxin buffs SK. And obviously SK buffs everyone. I'm getting 200k+ from Jianxin's forte and burst alone

@@julius_patthat would be a completely different comp, you would either swap out Rover for Xiangli Yao keeping Changli for quickswap dps comp, or change both Rover and Changli for Xiangli + Yinlin for electric dps comp.

12:05 no, Verina's coordinated attacks are useless for Jinhsi because when you start Jinhsi's rotation you use Jue and it gives spectro coordinated attacks, and you cant stack Jinhsi forte with double coordinated attacks of the same element, so Jue attacks overlaps Verina's coordinated attacks, which makes it useless. The only healer coordinated attack that will be useful for Jinhsi in the future is when Kuro releases a healer of other element that is not spectro or glacio (cuz jinhsi and zhezhi already fills that role with their coordinated attacks)
i spent $150 to get her and her weapon; and i’m happy with that decision since i basically got zhezhi from grinding and yiangliao for free plus i don’t mind supporting the devs, they been doing an amazing job

You forgot the weapon is BIS on Baizhi and works perfectly with her. So between SK, Verina, and Baizhi, you get 3 powerful healer buffers, more than enough for ToA finally
You can clear 4 beginning floors of the tower without any healer/support comfortably actually, so you actually only need like two healers (if your characters are well built that is)
@@LucasGomes-ng2go considering an atk 4 cost (33%) is close to a cdmg one (44%) it's not absurd to say 20% atk is worth about 25cv so the crit buff of SK is worth up to twice the atk buff of Verina With fallacy + rejuvinating glow and outro we have 25% atk +15% dmg amp on both so we get that SK is like 20%-30% better than Verina in terms of buffs However depending on some situations some of Verina's few advantages can make her about as good or at least close, notably in dual dps/quickswap teams where you also don't get the crit dmg buff until late in the rotation
F2P here. I'm super glad I ended up losing my 50/50 to get a 2nd copy of Changli and got Encore instead (well her dupe). Never built Verina as she was the last standard 5 star I pulled and not really climbing tower too far up so didn't feel the need so my only main support and healer was Baizhi. Had just enough for soft pity (well it took 70. Was soft 60?) and although I'm looking to get Camellya apparently we can get enough to possible go hard pity by the time her banner comes around so I'm crossing fingers on that. Though after playing her story I'm so glad I got her and honestly might be better for my team vs Camellya.

Her top passive gives 10% regen so people can run 240% on the stat screen. The new echo also gives 10% after skill allowing for a potential DMG bonus echo depending on substats

After losing 5 50/50s in a row since 1.0. I finally won it with Shorekeeper, the first Fallacy echo I tuned had ER, double Crit, and HP%. Shorekeeper loves me, I'm getting her sequences.
Here's the issue with shorekeeper. You gotta either save up free currency for a long time or spend a ton of money just to get the privilege of spending the next month or so grinding to have her reach only a fraction of her true potential since the RNG for artifacts is questionable at best. Over and over again for every new character.
I skipped weapon but she keeps my hp up! I dont think her weapon is necessary, if you go 4 3 3 with energy regen.. if you want some other with 44 111which is likely best for crit stuff.. then idk :)I use variation btw, or energy weapons

Mike, you need to make videos on the tower of adversity and the holograms. Yes, others do this, but its significantly more fun watching you figure it out in realtime, and then giving your strats afterward than just watching steparu oneshot everything.
as a shorekeeper haver...i strongly ((recommend)) getting her she does many as u said Mtashed which is very high value + SHE IS SO COOL OPEN WORLD...WHERE U CAN TURN INTO BUTTERFLY and AUTO COLLECT MATERIALS JUST INSAIN + ur not forced to get her weapon like dps units i am just in love now
To me, this unit is the second Verina for the to tower's another team. (Also nice exploration utility with butterfly and the dodge thing is very useful against bosses that waste time in tower)
Shorekeeper the only character so far to openly confess that she loves you. Shes so devoted to you always wanting to be by your side. Shes also so pretty her design is perfect. Just had to have her, lost early to Jianxin but had enough to get her and her weapon thankfuly. You dont have to get her weapon but i would highly suggest getting her. I only got her weapon because i really like her character and comon had to get her the best weapon she confessed for crying out loud hahaha. Now time to save for Camellya.
ToA just got massive rework. 6 stages of lvl 100 mobs now. You want 3 at least 3 full teams and possibly will need more to counter elemental resistances
Honestly, if you already have Jinhsi's best in slot sub-dps Zhezhi, you don't really need Verina's coordinated attacks, as Zhezhi's coordinated attacks are already pretty self-sufficient on their own, provided that you've built enough energy regen on Zhezhi to keep her ultimate up most of the time. Shorekeeper's damage buffs and defensive perks gives her much more leverage over Verina. Edit: Also, I just realized, that she's now a must have for Jinhsi because you want Jinhsi to get Jinhsi's crit rate to as close as 100% as much as possible to not waste her ults, which is where Shorekeeper would help so much with over Verina, and we know how much Jinhsi's ult critting matters for those who play aher.
She sounds pretty good. I'd consider pulling for her if there was a skin or something that gave her some actual clothes. Until then...saving for Scar, I guess.
Considering Verina is a bit similar to Qiqi in healing department, yeah. Shorekeeper is much more likable as she is a bit similar to Bennett in how she heals. (To simplify) But yeah, Verina is someone I would put with Jinhsi too. I just hope I get Shorekeeper for Rover. So that I can throw Baizhu away. Not that I hate her or her S4 self.
Verina being better with Jinhsi is an absolute W, my Jinhsi team doesn't need any buffs, she already nukes everythink in seconds, the problem is always the other comps
I lost her 50/50 to Calcharo and both of them at pull #78.The real debate should be if it's worth going Sequence 1 for QOL or 2 for that 40% ATK boost.
S1 can give u 2x The circle field ult, more duration meaning more buff & healing and Super Intro will not cancel the circle Buff & healing!. Best S1 fo far!!

honestly the movment she gives outside combat is worth more to me than the crit field. this game didnt feel like a quick chsnge at first. you keep everyone on field for their forte and intro skill build up. i dont like dedicsting a slot to an ult and thats it. the whisp form tho? got me concidering
Had to spend 100 pulls to get her (lost to calculator at 31 pity) but then I got her weapon literally two pulls after my Xiangli Yao weapon haha, off to a great start this patch overall!
Beautiful girl? Yes, of course, I Pull. Now this game gives me a reason to play, Luckily I chose Male Rover, those two had good chemistry in the past when I read the dialogues, plus her kit is more powerful when rover is inside the party.
Most ladies coming to me at 69th pull...and Shorekeeper was the same. Really happy, that I won 50/50 and so I can have 3 healers for 3 teams for tower. Now I just want megamilkers mommy with proper shield mechanic, cause I s@ck at dodging.
TLDR you pull for shorekeeper if your echo crit stats are trash, other than that, she's glorified version of verina with long field time similar to baizhi w/ R1-2 Variation You actually dont need that much healers if your dps and concerto efficiency sub dps are well built. Most of yall SK and verina mains have her at lvl 70 with barely leveled weapon and talents so thats just a dps downtime if your healers are sht builded.
Shorekeeper's buff is more universal than verina's because the future hp or def scaling characters dont benefit from verina's buff so you can say that verina is powercrept

Since I had just gotten Zhezhi and her weapon I had made up my mind to start saving for Camellya and skip this banner. Got the battlepass as I always do, so I started making some wishes to do the 40 needed for it. On 25 pity I got Shorekeeper... what? Ah... thanks Kuro, at least I got the Variation so Verina can share it. I have 15 more whishes for the battlepasss, so I go to the weapon banner. Zhezhi's weapon took me 77 wishes, so might as well start working up some pity for Camellya's weapon, right? Exactly 15 wishes in I get Shorekeeper's weapon as well O_o Kuro, what the heck?? Now I'm fully expecting to lose 50/50 on Camellya's banner, and hard pity on her weapon... I know things have to balance out >_
I got the chance to get her and MAX her on day one, my shorekeeper currently has 45K HP and 262% ER, with her weapon and all her skills maxed but normal attack ! she is dope af! and I also got the Verina luck I have her at S4 (didnt even unlock Lingyang yet LMAO) and I am using her with the 5 star perma rectifier so tower is a breeze now for me!
Its too late, im already an idiot, I skipped Verina (while being conscious of her benefits) because I don't like her design. Good new is that I saved up enough and got lucky with Shorekeeper.
U don't need her to replace verina...u need her cause ToA has 3 teams required and with the ridiculously high dmg threshold needed to beat the content, having a universal buffer like shorekeeper and ofc verina to amp all ur teams regardless of playstyle (on field or quick swap) is pretty much needed unless if ur a whale with multiple copies of ur preferred dps and their weapon in order to offset the need for the buffs from those supps. Plus, she's gonna take a while to powercreep with her buffs being so universally desired (dmg%, crt rate, crt dmg) and the fact that u still need a 3rd supp of this archtype to come out 1st and then another one to replace verina to even begin thinking about replacing her. It's kind of a no brainer unless if u simply don't like her (why, lol?) or have other plans for future units which is fair.

I agree with you Verina is super good my is even R4 but moving forward will start to stick with my Jinhsi team only because even shorekeeper ability to explore is better then Verina lol super cool move that fast and collected everything on the go
Well, as a f2p and already have Verina and I don't care about/nor use XY, then she's an easy skip. Not to mention she doesn't work well with Jinshi. For a whale she's a must pull though.
Lost to encore in 27 pulls and got Shorekeeper 5 wishes after. This was a double win for me as I didn't have encore! Weapon at 71 pulls. Overall great value, but shitty 4 star rolls this time round.

She's great, just unfortunate that her field time is fairly long at 6-7s to get her concerto off whereas Verina can do hers in 1-2s.
Even with jinhsi if you have someone else who does coordinated attacks the value she provides is far better than what Verina can do

If you get keeper's third 2nd resonance chain your account set for life. Her third or higher? Ur entire resonators collection is set for eternity.

2 things. 1 baizhi can make use of the weapons passive and 2 the new 4 star is a healer as well (used her skill in trail mode that heals as well)
To me, this unit is the second Verina for the to tower's another team. (Also nice exploration utility with butterfly and the dodge thing is very useful against bosses that waste time in tower)

Shorekeeper the only character so far to openly confess that she loves you. Shes so devoted to you always wanting to be by your side. Shes also so pretty her design is perfect. Just had to have her, lost early to Jianxin but had enough to get her and her weapon thankfuly. You dont have to get her weapon but i would highly suggest getting her. I only got her weapon because i really like her character and comon had to get her the best weapon she confessed for crying out loud hahaha. Now time to save for Camellya.
ToA just got massive rework. 6 stages of lvl 100 mobs now. You want 3 at least 3 full teams and possibly will need more to counter elemental resistances

Honestly, if you already have Jinhsi's best in slot sub-dps Zhezhi, you don't really need Verina's coordinated attacks, as Zhezhi's coordinated attacks are already pretty self-sufficient on their own, provided that you've built enough energy regen on Zhezhi to keep her ultimate up most of the time. Shorekeeper's damage buffs and defensive perks gives her much more leverage over Verina.
Edit: Also, I just realized, that she's now a must have for Jinhsi because you want Jinhsi to get Jinhsi's crit rate to as close as 100% as much as possible to not waste her ults, which is where Shorekeeper would help so much with over Verina, and we know how much Jinhsi's ult critting matters for those who play aher.
I rolled for her because she felt cool to play and her colours are blue and white lol Glad shes actually pretty damn good.
She sounds pretty good. I'd consider pulling for her if there was a skin or something that gave her some actual clothes. Until then...saving for Scar, I guess.

Considering Verina is a bit similar to Qiqi in healing department, yeah. Shorekeeper is much more likable as she is a bit similar to Bennett in how she heals. (To simplify)
But yeah, Verina is someone I would put with Jinhsi too. I just hope I get Shorekeeper for Rover. So that I can throw Baizhu away. Not that I hate her or her S4 self.
You only need 230% ERR out of battle. Crit DMG is also a good stat to go for for some personal dmg on her enhanced Intro.

Verina being better with Jinhsi is an absolute W, my Jinhsi team doesn't need any buffs, she already nukes everythink in seconds, the problem is always the other comps

Got her and Verina S1 AND 2 signatures so methinks I got things figured out
I lost her 50/50 to Calcharo and both of them at pull #78.The real debate should be if it's worth going Sequence 1 for QOL or 2 for that 40% ATK boost.

you're a CRIMINAL if you play the quest and see how beautiful she are through out the quest but you dont get her signature instead you went for the Variation YIKES, she a must have verina can only uses twice if you're doing the -5 stamina floor

honestly the movment she gives outside combat is worth more to me than the crit field. this game didnt feel like a quick chsnge at first. you keep everyone on field for their forte and intro skill build up. i dont like dedicsting a slot to an ult and thats it. the whisp form tho? got me concidering
Had to spend 100 pulls to get her (lost to calculator at 31 pity) but then I got her weapon literally two pulls after my Xiangli Yao weapon haha, off to a great start this patch overall!
Beautiful girl? Yes, of course, I Pull. Now this game gives me a reason to play, Luckily I chose Male Rover, those two had good chemistry in the past when I read the dialogues, plus her kit is more powerful when rover is inside the party.
Most ladies coming to me at 69th pull...and Shorekeeper was the same. Really happy, that I won 50/50 and so I can have 3 healers for 3 teams for tower.
Now I just want megamilkers mommy with proper shield mechanic, cause I s@ck at dodging.
TLDR you pull for shorekeeper if your echo crit stats are trash, other than that, she's glorified version of verina with long field time similar to baizhi w/ R1-2 Variation
You actually dont need that much healers if your dps and concerto efficiency sub dps are well built. Most of yall SK and verina mains have her at lvl 70 with barely leveled weapon and talents so thats just a dps downtime if your healers are sht builded.
you can also use 4 cost crit dmg because her super intro is a nuke
Shorekeeper's buff is more universal than verina's because the future hp or def scaling characters dont benefit from verina's buff so you can say that verina is powercrept
I'm glad i got her in 20 pulls, cuz after doing the quest, it would be a crime to not get her...

Since I had just gotten Zhezhi and her weapon I had made up my mind to start saving for Camellya and skip this banner. Got the battlepass as I always do, so I started making some wishes to do the 40 needed for it. On 25 pity I got Shorekeeper... what? Ah... thanks Kuro, at least I got the Variation so Verina can share it. I have 15 more whishes for the battlepasss, so I go to the weapon banner. Zhezhi's weapon took me 77 wishes, so might as well start working up some pity for Camellya's weapon, right?

I managed to get 2 copies of her weapon and got 1 copy of her ,only spent 100$ and had 60 wishes saved up
I got the chance to get her and MAX her on day one, my shorekeeper currently has 45K HP and 262% ER, with her weapon and all her skills maxed but normal attack ! she is dope af! and I also got the Verina luck I have her at S4 (didnt even unlock Lingyang yet LMAO) and I am using her with the 5 star perma rectifier so tower is a breeze now for me!
Its too late, im already an idiot, I skipped Verina (while being conscious of her benefits) because I don't like her design. Good new is that I saved up enough and got lucky with Shorekeeper.

U don't need her to replace verina...u need her cause ToA has 3 teams required and with the ridiculously high dmg threshold needed to beat the content, having a universal buffer like shorekeeper and ofc verina to amp all ur teams regardless of playstyle (on field or quick swap) is pretty much needed unless if ur a whale with multiple copies of ur preferred dps and their weapon in order to offset the need for the buffs from those supps.
Plus, she's gonna take a while to powercreep with her buffs being so universally desired (dmg%, crt rate, crt dmg) and the fact that u still need a 3rd supp of this archtype to come out 1st and then another one to replace verina to even begin thinking about replacing her. It's kind of a no brainer unless if u simply don't like her (why, lol?) or have other plans for future units which is fair.
i spend 0 and have all limited 5 star characters and most limited weapons aswell, shorekeeper i got early pity and won 50/50 and weapon i got in one ten pull with 0 pity like last ten pull i got xiangli yao weapon lol, i love this games gacha system

Well, as a f2p and already have Verina and I don't care about/nor use XY, then she's an easy skip. Not to mention she doesn't work well with Jinshi. For a whale she's a must pull though.
Havent played the game all month, but even i logged in and got her along with her sig wep.... just in case i come back one day and play.
Lost to encore in 27 pulls and got Shorekeeper 5 wishes after. This was a double win for me as I didn't have encore! Weapon at 71 pulls. Overall great value, but shitty 4 star rolls this time round.
