I think S1 is actually really good for causal players since you are no longer interrupted during her combo. The dmg increase is meager but the resistance to interruptions is a really nice quality of life
I have her paired with Yinlin as well. Not only does she give Changli a Res Liberation dmg boost but her sinners mark just adds to Changli’s dmg output during the downtime of her stack build up. Also my Yinlin is pretty on field focused too so both mommies carry their weight lol

The shell credit costs are insane, i literally went broke raising her too and now i need to spend the next week spamming my waveplates on shell credits which leaves less room for tacet field farming. This doesn't even include pre-farming for the 1.2 characters which will need the same amount of credits too, this is insanity to me i have zero issues raising multiple characters in HSR and never went THIS broke while doing it in that game.
Prefarming for a lv90 character with all lv10 fortes take 3 weeks, that is if you want to max everthing Having a good enough one is only 2 weeks, then you can spend the last week on things like Field just fine
This was a problem in hsr early game as well mate. We don't have problems now bc credits influx from being overleveled. Tho i do think it's worse here in wuwa.
honestly u could just farm a perfect regen set and atk set so u can use that on anyone and then farm mats, after that u can either farm more mats or focus on an elemental set
Changli kept me interested in WW, i wasnt sure if the game would be able to keep me entertained up until now, i hope she inspires gameplay of new charcters moving forward because her game play is awesome, so much fun

I also had an issue with the exile rings but I did an hours worth of farming them with the food buff that gives you 50% more material drops and I swear I have enough to level her to max with extra. Thought it was gonna be an annoyance like in genshin but it's really fast to farm with the food
this is changli without a good teammate and without a synergistic main echo, once we get any limited fusion dps+new fusion buffing main echo we'll actually see her potential. her playstyle screams "animation cancel every ability and every attack" so those additions will be huge for her more than zhezhi is for jinhsi
Characters I have tested that can be paired with her are: jinhsi + changli + yuanwu/verina, changli + Calcharo + verina, changli + havoc rover + verina, changli + yinlin + verina, changli + encore/chixia + verina, all works because of how quick-swappy changli is. And also solo changli is best team that beats all the above teams
With WuWa I'm really glad to be and stay just a casual player, but I'm happy it can provide hard content for those that like it. The leveling though is really expensive.
I got 29/30 crests today, the last one I need to get against Inferno Rider and my Calcharo is a bit... well, Calcharo. I believe I can farm more talent levels before the reset. I've used Changli against the Heron and Jiyan against Scar and the Mech. I don't have Jinhsi, so I believe you should have more damage than I do to do stuff, not to mention the Spectro Bonus in the left tower. My tip would be to swap cancel more, not only her moves but also inferno Rider if you're using it. My opener for Heron doesn't Ult right away, it goes something like...: - Changli Skill > TS Conquest > Inferno Rider x3 > Swap-cancel into Verina > Basic until 5 > Res. Liberation > Skill > Echo > Jump > Aerial x2 > Swap back to Changli > TS Charge > Plunge > Skill > TS Conquest > Skill > TS Conquest > Heavy > Res. Liberation > Heavy > Swap to your other DPS > Wing it from there... I don't know the math but that's what worked out for me. In the middle tower there's buff that gives 10% crit rate and 30% crit dmg after heals, so it's imperative that you heal often enough to keep this buff active, which is why I wouldn't use Verina against Scar or Inferno Rider in the other towers.
i just like her gameplay for not asking to be on field for too much while doing good amount of dmg, works good in quick swap teams so basically almost anyone can be paired with her and the animations are just to my taste than any other limited 5* so far planning to max her out as long as I play WuWa 👊
Correction: if youre using her as a sub dps wich judging by her outri skill is how shes intended to be used(much like sanhua) then moonlit clouds is always the best set. Youre gonna do more dmg if your main dps has the atck buff then you whould if changli had nore fusion dmg
We seriously need another echo xp farm or something. Add an option at the commander guy in the city that only costs 40 for more echo exp. Or we need to be able to grind up echoes for small amounts of exp and on top of that we need to be able to feed a +5 into a +0 with no exp drop off just like in Genshin
I got crazy lucky on my Changli echoes, compared to my Jiyan and Yinlin, shes got the best ratio, with 77.6% CR and 244.3% CD at 90/90 weapon and 141 ER to boot. Ngl, don't think I'll ever be able to replace these echoes for a long while for more skill damage...
Im UL57 and level 80 on yinlin and level 60 on jianxin and baizhi, i got two star on scar level. I was thinking that I could have done better. Seeing you now i feel comfortable that I didn’t do that bad
the thing is, if you like overpowered characters and blowing shit up, jinshi is your girl, if you want comfy gameplay and like throwing around small enemies like toys, jiyan is your man, if you like crazy gameplay that is very different from any other character in any gacha with beautiful eye candies while doing it (she can easily be a dmc character imo), then changli is your girl

I beat 1-4 on scar for like 1:46 mins with lv 80 Changli(s0r1) and lv 50 verina(s1) 4* weapon that gives 8 concerto energy upon using resonance skills I do like 80-110k liberation while heavy attack forte does 32k-48k. I can say it's pretty decent unless you got s6 which is broken asf. edit: I did try with yinlin too, and I do 136k which i think was peak, but no that consistent it drops like to 40k(liberation) for some reason even tho yinlin gives 25% liberation dmg buff
scar has 40% fusion res that's why using Changli agaist him seems to be "bad", because it is, in another enemy (especially one that doesn't have 40% Fusion RES 💀💀💀💀) it would be a lot quicker.
you missed basic attack % and liberation %, so if you can get all pieces with mostly a combo of these cr rate %, cr dmg %, atk %, res skill %, basic % and liberation % or energy % she doesnt need energy % so much i only have one echo with energy % and she ripped everything apart in sec
maybe im seeing wrong but are you using yinlins heron at the end of her rotation? gives a sweet little attack buff and it’s totally cancellable so u dont waste any time using it
Mortefi is like the worst team mate for Changli. Her outro buff (fusion & liberation dmg) gone when you swap out mortefi and all changli attacks are consider skill (mortefi liberation trigger on heavy attacks) I like using Chixia in a quick swap team as she can use her full outro buff. Changli best team would probably comes in future, a fusion with liberation focus dps similar to chalcaro & Xiangli yao for Yinlin.
im surprised you dont do the first two floors with just the dps since your characters are cracked and save the supports to be shared between both sides. my dps isnt well built and i can solo with them the first two floors for both sides

how is my f2p changli better than yours? like I got her echoes on the day she released plus I didn't really use any "extra waveplate boxes" tho I did get pretty lucky and got her weapon very fast (yes I'm flexing)
I am broke too. I wasted a lot time and Echo Exp mats trying to get double crit substats, ended up with nothing good ,and worst of all, not enough mats to echo lvl my other characters... RNG god is not with me.
I think it would be super cool if you tried out a game called Punishing Gray Raven, it has super cool character designs, along w sci-fi elements as well as mecha in a way !! There’s also a character coming up that I think a lot of people will find cool ^^
You dont need yinlin with jinhsi if your jinhsi is invested enough. Verina yuanwu is next best thing. Eventually will replace verina with another moonlit user that can buff jinhsi (hopefully with fast concerto generation as well) in future.
I got her at 3 pity, after getting Jianxin at pity 73 lmao. I saved about 90+ pulls I feel like. During the first 70+ pulls I thought I got her but I got Jianxin, then I thought you know what? F that! I pulled another 10 and got her at 3 pity. Funky how it works. I got Jiyan at pity 60. While in Genshin and HSR, my luck's just blergh. 😂

Changli needs her own 4 cost fusion echo just like Dreamless with Rover and Jue for Jinhsi. Inferno rider just feels so clunky in battle.

I am broke too. I wasted a lot time and Echo Exp mats trying to get double crit substats, ended up with nothing good ,and worst of all, not enough mats to echo lvl my other characters... RNG god is not with me.
I think it would be super cool if you tried out a game called Punishing Gray Raven, it has super cool character designs, along w sci-fi elements as well as mecha in a way !! There’s also a character coming up that I think a lot of people will find cool ^^
You dont need yinlin with jinhsi if your jinhsi is invested enough. Verina yuanwu is next best thing. Eventually will replace verina with another moonlit user that can buff jinhsi (hopefully with fast concerto generation as well) in future.
I got her at 3 pity, after getting Jianxin at pity 73 lmao. I saved about 90+ pulls I feel like. During the first 70+ pulls I thought I got her but I got Jianxin, then I thought you know what? F that! I pulled another 10 and got her at 3 pity. Funky how it works. I got Jiyan at pity 60.
While in Genshin and HSR, my luck's just blergh. 😂

I run out of money soon after getting her. Spend all on leveling decent echos. It'll probably take me a week to get her to more or less decent level, but she seems alright so far. If only not for her censorshorts-dress, she'd be amazing....
wtf are you talking about her basic attacks is also insane you just have to complete her whole 4 normal attacks and actually upgrade her basic attack obviously her basic will be bad if you only have 5/10 basic my changli has all lv7 upgraded and left with only the 1 atk+ % upgrade to unlock still, my Changli is only lv80(sig weapon also lv80) with 15604hp, 2207atk, 967def, 109.2% energy, 68.9% cr rate, 256.7% cr dmg
