    Use a jigsaw instead of the grinder. Wont melt the plastic, which means less sanding afterwards

    What the size of the abs plastic cause i didnt say what was the size :(

      The thick one was about quarter inch

    This seems like a lot of wasted time. What should be done is a perfect fitting template first, then trace onto the material, mirror the material for both sides, measure twice, cut once.
