When I got my first Hellcat, the red key fob was defective and I was driving on the black key. The black key only gives you 485 horsepower. Check your red key fob first. That could be the issue.
Well if it was in eco mode it would release boost pressure in order to run on less power and get better gas mileage i bet itll probably be fine if he switches modes

It's wide open from the beginning though you can't launch it until it's had 500 miles on it. Also, the Hellcat Durango doesn't come with a black key. It only comes with red keys.

I don’t think those “other” channels that ignored him before will ignore him after this. Westen is a beast and although I wished his videos were longer I think he puts out the best content and it’s not always the same old thing. My only request would be an update on all his builds like the 1st gen he painted, the dozer, and of course the Peterbilt. An update on the smokestang and 4X4 Challenger would be appreciated as well.

I have seen this vehicle driving between the HQ and proving ground in Michigan with "M" plates regularly as the widebody was being released. It could have been for testing but looks more for media. I live right nearby. It explains the cover in the trunk as well. When I drove the preproduction cars we found some were overtuned and others were undertuned. It is also common to find stuff sliced, ziptied, hacked and glued back together. Some of the cars we put up to 50k miles on and others less than 500 miles. Some were used only as fit and finish testers when the assembly line was configured others were media cars. Many of the hand built cars were dismantled and crushed. Early line built testers are sold to employees at a discount or auctioned to dealers to sell as used cars. I think they gave it to you as a media stunt and knowing you will tear it apart and make a masterpiece like the Die-Stang. I can't wait to see what you come up with and hope to see it in person in the mitten.
