My hair grows in layers naturally and people assume that I had my hair cut into layers and think I’m lying when I tell them it’s natural. People being rude are just miserable people and they’re bored. I love your ladies channel it’s very refreshing and your relationship is beautiful.

I had the same problem with Sally’s back in late February. I ordered a bunch of stuff, some time went by and I realized I hadn’t gotten my order. I had to go into my account and that’s when I saw that the order was “damaged” and on the way back to the warehouse. Keep in mind I never got any notification. When I called and inquired, I was told it would take another 8 business days from the day it reached the warehouse, before I got my order and that was before the quarantine. I was so annoyed that I cancelled the order. If they had reached out to me when the damaged order went back, I may have just kept the order, but I felt like they dropped the ball on their customer service. Leery about ordering in the future.

Since the pandemic and shelter in place and workforce reductions, there have been so many delays across the board. I love this line! The shampoo, leave in conditioner, and the refresher spray are my favorites. The leave in works really well with wetline gel too. I love all 3 of these products because they are coconut oil free! My hair hates coconut oil! Thanks for the great video ladies!❤

I have 3B/3C as well. And I must refresh my hair whether I pick/fluff/touch my hair or not. For many people the hair will get fuzzy no matter what!! Everyone's hair is different and may require different techniques. 🤷♀️
I can relate Taylor, I am not an influencer and have had people at work or church tell me I don't like your hair today. I think who asked you. People have the right to style their hair as they please. Yes, we need more techniques. I like the one Lori explained how she fixes friz.

Hello M.A.D Curls first off don't listen to the rude comments I been in love with your guys since day one and second you guys are going to have to try this product by Shea Moisture its literally brand new at Walmart its called Coconut oil and Shea Butter w/Prickly Pear Curl Glam Defining Cream and I was so excited to actually see defying cream nit just hair smoothie like I been seeing. How is the consistency of the refresher water? Is it thick like water mixed with a leave in or just watery?

I honestly don't see what that person was talking about when they commented on Tay's hair. I mean, I can tell her layers have grown out a bit since her last haircut (and thankfully those bangs have grown too lol), but it doesn't look bad. Her layers still have shape. Yeah there's more volume in the shorter layers up top, but it doesn't look puffy or disproportionate to the bottom layers. Idk, kinda seems like they were reaching with that one, just wanted a reason to criticize.
Hi ladies ♥️ I got the same damaged message from Sally’s and will not order again. Sally’s has not responded to my emails so I filed a claim with my bank.
I wish I can get a good wash and go with raking. My hair turns out better shingling and that takes a while. With raking my hair ends up really big and not lasting more than 24 hrs and looking like I got rained in and then it dried
tell me why i had bought the water but it makes my hair so oil :( i feel like pooring it out and putting something else because it live the spray bottle but i hate wasting things

I've had the same issue with sally's, I ordered something and it took almost a whole month to get to me. I've been shopping on targets website instead. they also sell as I am and they're having a sale(buy one get one half off)!!!!!
I ordered from Sally’s online. It got here pretty quickly for December. They were having a great half off DC sale. A third of what I bought was cancelled/ outta stock. Of the other items, half were the wrong items, including the one that item I originally was looking for. I couldn’t get to customer service through the website so I made them sticking stuffers.

Not the pandemic that has the As I Am Jamaican Black Castor Oil Water being shipped damaged from Sally Beauty. This has been happening from before. I dont understand why they cant ship the products with care. There has been lots of complaints before COVID about Sally shipping this product without good packaging. So annoying!!!
Yes! I ordered this water from Sally's and got a beautiful "empty" bottle :( Not the first time Sally's had just thrown something in a box. Shame on them.
I am just trying out now washing my hair daily. I used the As I Am spray to refresh and my hair is not soft and feels like I have too much product. Any susggestions on what I did wrong.? Also, I exercise every morning and would like to know how to refresh after you get all sweaty on your hair?
I literally do a full Cowash and use a lo-poo/sulfates free shampoo on my scalp only after a workout. Refreshing is best if you were not all sweaty for scalp health. I never had much luck with only a spray to refresh, I prefer a leave in conditioner spray, then I define the curl and smooth out fuzzies with the same gel I used on wash day but very lightly and only where the curls need it.
If you are going to wet the hair to the extent in this video just hop in the shower and do a cowash. Make your own refresh spray with castor oil as you can control the amount product in your spray bottle. I mix mine with rose water and a few drops of lavender.
