There is so much good about this video, it makes up for all the other internet transgressions. I love that the dancers make mistakes and dress like normal people who are going to be on TV, and not like New Age Celitc Fairies.
Great stuff. The 2 Paddys, J. J and that Mellet fellow, who is out of place with all the Banner dancers. Well done. Only joking Seamie , your running mate and friend P. J. O'Connor. "UP THE WEST".
Wow fair dues to the dancers, there's life in the auld dog yet as the fella says. Great performance, very enjoyable nice to see smiles all round and the audience enjoying it. Them's were the days
A time when men were men and women were women and all the sheep were worried, all joking apart its an era which i wish i had been part of, great dancinin boys great dancin well done
The first tune is "P Joe's," and the second one the band calls "The Mountain Lark," which is a version of "The Steam Packet." I thought I recognized Paddy King, too, ainelucie. The Tulla is a tremendous band to dance to because of the lift and the SWING!!!
why? it's not a competition, there aren't adjudicators, they are people dancing for the enjoyment of it, and appreciating the fine music --- no need to look like a "team". Truer to the roots, this way, I would think...
Pat I've come across you before, u usually have very good judgement ,and u have observed here well. Usually the dancers are quite trim ,or the ones I have come across.
My parents and friends could all dance. They loved it.
This music takes me to my happy place. Always

TADHG i agree with you , the hopping and the leaping around the place is not the "dancing"i can watch .
When’s we get to dance like this again now ? If
Normal people, who can be anyone's mother or father, having a good time, to good music. God bless them!

Just being themselves even if they are on TV, it is refreshing to see.

I could watch and listen to them all day long.

Lovely relaxed speed to Tulla music, no rushing to get to the end as if the tune was hated Sean Donnelly on accordion was a good friend of mine

Poetry in motion. You couldn't beat it with a stick!
Ah!!! never get enough of this music
The dancers are well able to lash out that set...The music is fantastic
Thank you for sharing. I've always been thrilled by the dancers' reaction to change of tonality and privileged to be a player and dancer at times.
Love it.. greetings from the highlands

Crackin' set Mike. This is what it's all about. Brilliant!
Terry.
The Tulla for the lift. A dancers dream
This Clare set includes a nun who seems to make a habit of doing this great dance. God bless her.
She could have a worser habit than this.
I was just sitting next to Martin Hayes at Minogues on Dec. 31st. Nice!
Oh, this is fantastic music and dancing indeed. Martin recorded the first tune here on his most recent album "Welcome Here Again".
Awesome video!

Somewhere I have what we called the "Hair" picture from Swannanoa -- Martin Hayes, Robin Bullock and Aoife Clancy. That was a lot of hair!
Great Video!
The Hayes contribution continues. There's Martin in the center of the band living the music! Great stuff.
That is Martin Hayes playing fiddle back there, can't mistake his hair....:)
My heal and feet are a live 🎉

There'll be a few heart attacks after that.

One of the dancers is Paddy McMahon originally from just outside Miltown Malbay
Must admit not keen on donald trump but he great set dancer
Wouldn't it have been nice if the dancers had wore the same !

Is funny how all the dancers are overweight.
