An Stac to In Pinn, Skye Cuillin

Up the side of an stac scree slope to the bealach. An airy and thrilling scramble up An Stac as a warm up for the In Pinn. What a cracker of a day!! I did however get lost descending Coire Banachdaich. Not such easy route finding from above! Lower my rucksack before I down climbed a little chimney I watched helplessly as it teetered then rolled further down! Stripping the bite valve from my bladder. As it was already empty I didn’t notice until I’d descended too far! Ooops. It was great to feel fit enough in my knee to be able to run the flatter part of the descent. Days don’t come much better than that
