    Raw would mean no straps either, and I dont think an elpehant bar with thick iron plates would event count. Not to forget its still a 50kg increase from this deadlift

      Idk man, Eddie straight up stopped competing after 1 wsm while Thor kept on winning left and right 2018-2020 I stopped being an Eddie fan after he stopped competing, just sharing 😅

      You think so? It is the opposite! No one has even pulled 1000 pounds since Thor last pulled it up. Because no one can, or has the strength. Thor will deadlift + 500kg soon with any bar, then you will shit yourself

      24 men have pulled 1000 lb in the standard bar and only 5 have pulled 1000 lb in the Elephant bar. No better way to explain which is harder.

      If you're seriously asking then the real answer is as a rule of thumb no professional strongman/bodybuilder is natural, unless it's their federation's specificity.

    You cant lift heavier as a steroid user because all your muscles will do is reach an MND size limit and incur sarcoplasmic gains.
