Just bought an S8 MaxV and I’m super irritated! Doesn’t support 5ghz AT ALL! We have a mesh system in the home and it doesn’t allow for a 2.4ghz separate network! Has all the bells and whistles but doesn’t support a tech that’s the NORM for the last 5y? My 10$ WiFi light switches can connect to my network but my 2k vacuum cannot?!

Hi @rioverde1597, if the QR code is not reading, do a search or manual select of your robot to proceed with the connection process. Cheers!

Hello, My roborock doesnt connect to the app. If I find the roborock wifi it doesnt connect because is measing the password, with my home wifi, it doesnt scan que QR on my mobil
