Omg my thoughts exactly! The self forgiveness is the hardest part. I never thought I could be bipolar since I was in my 30s and then somehow I developed it 2 years ago and it has been such a difficult journey. When I find music and inspiration like this it means the world.

It is on repeat here every morning i wake up. Last year my Mom passed away and she was a anchor in my life. I have ASS and she taught me all the lifeskills i needed to know. I am doing life mostly allone now and doing fine. But there are days that indeed the voice in my head is talking negative thoughts those days are hard to come through and then i am glad it is nighttime so i can sleep and have no negative thoughts any more. Just found out this week I was pre diabetic for over 10 months not knowing and I’m going to know my results today because they never told me I was pre diabetic I’m also fighting poverty and having hard relationship problems feeling lone and just been in my thoughts for quite some time. My partner of about three and a half years is currently battling alcoholism, and has been for probably a little over two years now. She's in a pretty solid spot for now, but it required a really severe rock bottom recently, and it's also been taking a toll on me. I genuinely have faith that it'll work out, but hearing this beautiful song at this exact time (when I've been subscribed for probably darn near 15 years I think; is that possible? Maybe 10?) but rarely see your videos...it's exactly what I needed and feels like a message from somewhere. Thank you for this, and spread love everyone. We'll all get through as long as we never give up on ourselves or each other.
