So sad, when relatives take away some valuable stuff, but all the memories, pictures, books are left behind to rot. 😢
Interesting location always good to check newspaper dates gives a clue to when the place was still occupied.

Yo did you guys break into the cement building in rugby?
No and we haven’t been to no cement plant in rugby
