I’ve got an RFE which says arguing the importance of the industry is not relevant, what matters is the specific endeavours the pilot plans to undertake. They also say the regular work of a single pilot fails to meet national importance. Seems like a tough ask to argue national importance in this case.
Well, I think you should demonstrate that your past work history, could help in achieve more safety and or security in American aviation. For example, you were a flight crew trainer in safety in your current airline, so you can detail what have you learned and how to apply your knowloage and ideas.

Petition denied after a two month wait! 🤦🏼♂️ It was as if USCIS ignored all my new documents.
