I'm a beginner and I cannot stress enough how much of a blessing was to get No. 21. Her playstyle is, how do I put it, very "UNGA BUNGA SMASH!!!" and that's the best part.
I main n21 cause shes the only character that can recover/ negate being knockdown by enemies. knock down can immobilized your character for like 3 sec its very long .. and shes really good at warzone with her AOE skills + anti knockdown shes one of the best characters and considering shes only A class character.. its a bargain
This is why I love pgr. The characters are really to my taste and I can roll for all of them with minimal spending. Anyway, she can be a nice addition to my 2nd dark team and she's really cute.

I already have a full dark team but I'm planning to max her out anyways because she looks like a lot of fun to play and I eventually want to complete another dark team once I'll get Luna and Selena, safe to say she'll replace Kamui for now as I don't really like his playstyle
Got enough blue tickets so I'll do one 10-pull for her. Also more constructs is always a good thing for babel and she totally deserves a lot of headpats

For some ungodly reason, I decided that no.21 was my favorite character ever created, and made her my dps despite already having a fully built Luna 🤔🤔 atleast I don't get smacked down by enemies as often
I'm a fairly new player (joining in march) and while building out my first few squads I had the luck to pull a random Vera Rozen and 21 here and there. Having just pulled Luna and assembled my Dark squad I was here to get some pro tips, 21 does seem pretty damn good though.
The intros always gets me lmao shits gold . Definitely not gonna roll for the weapon but will definitely build her up to SSS or higher those laughs have awakened something within and I'm willing to break my finger.

I just started playing PGR like yesterday and I'm lvl50 already I got her like way back when I was lvl20-ish and after playing her trial I fell in love with her gameplay. So I prioritize her throughout my play through and when I discovered the recommendation tab to get the perfect "cards" for her and now I have everything except her weapon, but I got animus so it's perfect for now

Tenebrion is always gonna be the better choice for both options. Assuming I'm understanding you right, for paincage stick with high burst/shred like luna and tenebrion. Babel doesnt have a "timer" so you can go astral 21 there.
May I ask? Does the position of memories really matter? I am having a hard time in choosing my baron and ein positions( I think I chose wrong), or should I not worry and just complete the 4 and 2 pcs set then adjust for the specifics later on?
if you have S Kamui, he is better than her. No A rank can outdo S rank(except A Lee after upgrade against S Karen) If you dont have or want S Kamui, you can also run her temporarily for Dark Team until Bunny Karen; so you can pick a different S in S selector. However, she is better than S Kamui at survivability in Babel. 21 and Wanshi's kits are really strong in Babel, so strong that you only need them and 1 swap-slave to clear 1 Babel slot, just depend on how good you are at abusing their busted i-frames. Some notable characters that are just really really strong for either soloing Babel, or duo with a swap-slave: Wanshi, 21, S Chrome, maybe Bunny Karen, Haicma, Hyperreal Lee, MAYBE Witch Bianca

Fire team is pretty bad until we get the next liv frame which is about 3? patches away. A Lee isn't really that good, he does get buffed, but that's way off so I wouldn't rush him unless you really like him or his play style. I'd personally go 21 just for Babel and border pact/stronghold convenience. Someone more qualified on Lee will probably come out with some strat* I don't know about though
I have 7500 event tickets and 25k in black cards if I pull for Luna in 100% banner will I have enough to get S Vera I have enough pain cage to get Vera to SS. But I do need/want Luna.
I have no dark team so she is definitely going to be my starter Dark team, but Camui still shreds better in Dark warzone so she's going to be relegated to be my solo clearer for a while, while I wait for that free Luna.

Bathalon effect doesn't stack but you can technically run both

It's probably similar in damage assuming 6 star weapons on sss astral
tank passives don't stack so it's not ideal to have two tanks on a team. But if you like her, and there's a lot to like, screw the meta.

Bathalon has slightly higher base attack then Einstein so it should be bottom row while Einstein is top. Not a huge deal but its there.

Memory Slot position 1,2,3 (top) or 4,5,6 (bottom) depends on the memories base stats. Some memories have higher or lower attack than others.
